Very nice to see miniature horses that are not seriously deformed like the ones that seem to be the "fashion" now a days....these look to be happy healthy horses that are shaped properly just small sized :D
I said it before, I'd love to have 50 babies just like that, and we'd all live happy ever after. Horses, big or small truly are man's best friend, and I know, 'cause I got 30 rescues right now, and they chase my dually comin up the road every night when I get home. That's true love right there. I spend several hours with them every night, even though I have a long day to follow, I will do it every day with little sleep, to be with my babies.
It's so awesome to see a guy who likes horses so much!! My little boy (only 2.5 yrs) seems to love them, but I'm so nervous he won't like them when he's older & can play football or sports. I'll be supportive regardless, but I sure pray we share this passion for horses!! :) I'm trying in every way to set the stage for this; we ride & drive my mare together & he has 2 ponies already. I still need to train them to carry him, or drive (hoping to train them for both like my mare so we can both enjoy them when I'm not leading him)
And that, my dears, is called imprinting. My own filly did that when she was four days old. I was the first person to be able to touch her from poll to hoof to tail- and she followed me everywhere. When we weaned her it got even worse, if I was in the barn and she heard my voice she'd start whinnying like mad and running around frantically until she saw me and I greeted her. Horses are the best companions.
She is very small because her mother is small too . She is not an ordinary horse. Horses are usually larger than this at birth. I love farm life with different animals. It's the best life for me. ❤❤❤❤💋👍👍
