This is what happened to us when one of my children did something horrific to the other. My mom, to this day says my daughters a liar and a manipulator and was asking for it. It destroys families.
Psychopaths think that everyone thinks the way they do. They lack true empathy by definition so they view emotional responses as manipulative tactics and not as something that people just experience normally. You can tell that the grandma is a psychopath by her worldview and the way she views people. “Everyone manipulates and its fun”. Basically sums up their entire existence.
Terrifying to think that Paris may be trying to build up a "loving" relationship with Phoenix only to target him when he gets out to punish Charity one last time before he plans to kill her as well.
God this is so so horrible. Seems like charity is one sane person in the family (Ella and Phoenix could be too but obviously we don't know that, Ella never got a chance at life and we don't have any information on Phoenix's personality) charity's mom is obviously horrible, definitely a psychopath and possibly a murderer, so is Paris and Charity seems to be stuck with them. It's just a horrible situation to be in.. now she'll be constantly worried for her and Phoenix's life.
Yes, I most certainly agree with you. I also think he is using the word “ punishment “ to find a reason to kill his sister. We all make mistakes. He is nobody to punish his mother.
The thought of him being released into society is truly frightening. Not only for his poor mother and new baby brother, but for everyone else he encounters as well. Yikes
When Charity visited Paris shortly after he killed Ella, he said to her, "You always said you could kill someone who hurt your child, well, what are you going to do now?"
I don't believe his claims that he did this *JUST* to hurt his mom. This seems so sexually motivated and the fact that that's the ONE topic he got embarrassed/angry about? Idk i think he had sexual fantasies about murder and his little sister; hurting his mom was a bonus in his mind
This is 100% about his Mom. Its all about control and killing the other person she loved was the ultimate way of manipulation. I dont even think who or what the sister was factored into his plan. I dont even think he was getting off over the sister. I think he was aroused by knowing the pain he was about to inflict on his mother. Its like a step dad killing his girlfriends baby. Its all to teach that person a lesson and control them.
It is 100% about his mom and hurting her. He was initially planning to kill his mom but decided that causing her immense pain that she had to live with for her entire life would be more cruel. Once death occurs, their pain ends. Leave them to live a miserable life? That's cruelty.
If wants only to hurt his mother I think he wouldn't fake his reaction and as a child he would tell her that he is punishing her ...he wouldn't abuse his sister
@@maramosamag477 I dont think he did abuse his sister. It was all a little bit set up. He was a highly jealous young man who wanted to hurt his mother by absolutely ripping her heart out. I compare it to the controlling ex partner that kills their child to teach the mother a lesson.
@@bettyg319 yes she come up with the mystery murder and makeup idea BUT people get inspiration from others and the world and just because she’s doing her makeup and telling the story like Bailey does it doesn’t mean she’s trying to be like her! She’s doing it her own way and plus she’s from England so the accent gives her a twist and makes her nice to listen to
Love that you honoured that little girl with her favourite colour. This has to be up there with the most shocking, evil, horrific murders I have heard of. He will always be a threat to everyone around him.
I commend Charity for once being an addict and staying clean through this.. I’m an ex addict I’ve been clean 3 years and if I went through anything close to what Charity went through there is no way I would be able to stay clean..
Same, I couldn't do it. I mean I always say never say never since my husband overdosed and passed away 5 years ago. But I feel like if it wasn't for my children I wouldn't have been able to get through that clean.
this story is fucked up. can't believe he was 13... doing a purple look for ella is so thoughtful and looks amazing on you! thank you for covering this case!
I don’t believe for a second that Paris killed his sister to punish his mother. His motive was all over his shorts. He simply told her that to further torture her by making her believe it was her fault. He’s a malignant narcissist after all.
This, so very much! There's a reason it was such a trigger for him and caused him to react so strongly. He's just ashamed of the truth of what a disgusting person he is.
@@SirXer I don’t believe he has any shame. You don’t sexually assault and kill your baby sister then feel shame. I think he only felt glee because it would break his mom’s heart.
My birth father was and is still a drug addict who left to get the milk when my 2 little sisters were young only 2 & 3 - and still continues to do drugs till this very day. He has not seen us since 2005.; My sisters are Irish twins 7 & 8 years younger than me. We only hear from him once every other year whenever convenient and we ignore him or block him - he doesn't deserve relationships with us. My sisters and I are now 28, 21, and 20. Myself and my youngest sister do not call him dad, but only by his first name. My middle sister only calls him dad because she is extremely mentally disabled and does not understand this type of thing. She is permanently stuck with the mind of a 7 year old. Not once did I ever consider hurting let alone killing my sisters to get back at our birth father for relapsing. Instead, I actually protected them even more. I've snapped at their bullies (never harmed them) and they left my sisters alone. I was always there for them. I took on the big sister role even more. What Paris did was not love. He is insanely psychotic. He does not know love. He is not a brother, he is a monster. His mothers relapse is not a reason. it's actually a laughable "bullshit excuse".
This reminds me so much of the movie We Need To Talk About Kevin. I feel so bad for Paris’ Mom. She’s lost so much. I can’t even imagine what her life must be like.
She was partly to blame. Paris had been taken to the police station months before where they suggested he be evaluated. She wouldn't hear of it. She then took him home and he committed the crime 3 months later. She ignored the red flags of him saying he wanted to eliminate her. She knew something was wrong she ignored it because of her drug abuse.
That detail really stuck with me, as well. The way he spoke on the 911 call, and the bit about him pacing back and forth faking cpr…. He was *thirteen*
@@PuraFollia677 just hearing it I literally stood there with my my jaw open .. to look down and see that my hands were balled .. sometimes .. people they are just 100 % wrong and there is no treatment for that ..
That look at the camera when the grandmother brags about manipulating the jury...oh my God. Also I would just like to echo all the other comments here saying WHAT THE FUCK at the suggestion a 4-year-old kid could be guilty of manipulation. And such a sweet tribute making this purple look for Ella. 💜
I've heard people say babies crying that want to be held or fed were being manipulative. I grew up and live in Abilene Texas and it can be super toxic here. Brené Brown has researched and discussed the connection between shame and narcissism and you can bet that's a huge part of the religious cults in this city. (I know Charity isn't from Abilene, but the toxic attitude is all over Texas.)
There's a sort of documentary, The Family I Had, on Prime video, about this case and the part where the grandmother is interviewed always just disgusted me. I mean, the whole thing is messed up but there's a difference. Paris was 13 and apparently had trouble expressing emotion in a healthy way which ended sadly and horribly for Ella's. But the grandmother is a grown ass woman and absolutely knows better than the garbage she spews. With the way she speaks and her twisted ass views, it's really no wonder this kid murdered someone.
he was raised by fools no wonder this happened. his mother was a drug addict he receved no life skills or suport. the hopelessness he must of felt to be pushed to think this was the only way
The fact that Charity stays clean through all this is amazing...not an easy thing. Her strength is a great example to all those in recovery. God has His hands on this lady.
he.... made her child a psycho who raped and murdered his other child?? and made her mom a psychopath who murdered her father??? uhhh please keep those hands away from me.
Did that woman really say that Lil Ella was a manipulator too? Omg, I can't! Looks like the apple doesn't fall far from the tree, however in this case, it skipped a generation! Ugh! The nerve of her! That got under my skin.
Projection 101 - Projection is a form of defense in which unwanted feelings are displaced onto another person, where they then appear as a threat from the external world. A common form of projection occurs when an individual, threatened by his own angry feelings, accuses another of harbouring hostile thoughts. A common one is in a relationship where on person accuses a partner of cheating when the partner accused is extremely loyal. . . .it's because the other person IS CHEATING and is projecting their own feelings onto the other person. Pro Tip - If a person is accusing you of something that is NOTHING like you, it's about them and what they are feeling or doing but can't own up to. It's a defense mechanism in psychology.
I mean, she could have been? Just cuz shes not alive doesn't mean she was the best person alive, with the genetics she had, I wouldn't be surprised if she had small manipulation personality traits just from being around them🤷🏽♀️
It is ironic how Charity the "drug addict alcoholic out of control person" is the sane one in the family. (Disclaimer - I dont think bad of addiction of any kind I am just stating how Charity's mother described her and how a lot of people describe people like Charity. I completely disagree with that notion) There are families that have black sheep. Charity was the white sheep of the family. I mean I think we can guess why gran turned Charity out of the house - because she knew too much. And we can also guess why she started doing drugs - to deal with the fact of what her mother had done.
It is so beautiful how you incorporated all of these soft purples into your look for her. It’s such a sweet gesture, and it’s one of little things that you do that makes your content more impactful.
never ever in a billion years would i ever give him the satisfaction of having me going to visit him, or seeing me in that state because of him. id let him rot, and not lose any sleep about it.
Y’all say this but he’s not your child. You didn’t give birth to him and watch him grow from a baby to a boy. I wouldn’t forgive him and I wouldn’t deny that he was a monster, but as a mother, that’s unfortunately my child. I just can’t imagine how the mother feels.
@@sashakholodovsky4930 maybe if he killed someone else. I hate to say it, but that changes things (for me personally, dont come for me lol). But my loyalty, and what was left of my heart, would lie with my baby he killed to spite me. Nah. My loyalty would lie with the innocent. And he is most certainly not that.
What Charity’s mother did and said to her when she was struggling with addiction is absolutely horrible! I struggled with addiction for years and I will be three years sober on October 18th this year so I know what she was going through especially when I struggled with an addiction to heroin. It was really hard it is a sickness a disease. I didn’t recognize myself at all. It got to a point where I didn’t even do anything else but her high or try to figure out how I was going to her high that day. It even got to a point where I wasn’t getting high anymore it would basically just make me feel “normal” for the day. Then one day a friend of mine overdosed in my bathroom I was so terrified. I had some narcan on me and was able to revive him and save him but at that moment I realized I did not want that to happen. To me I didn’t want this life style anymore. I didn’t want my family to one day find me like that. I just wanted to be better and after that I got help. I see a counselor once a month and I went to groups and NA meetings and it was like I was looking at the world through a fogged glass door and when I got sober it was like that fog and that glass lifted and I was able to see everything more clearly and it was so much better. It feels good to have come this far and for Charity’s mother to have told her to find somewhere to overdose is so horrible. So many people treat others who have addiction problems as less than or not even with human decency and it really is messed up because that person is going through so much. Yes they do make mistakes and yes it can be difficult to deal with but what they need is support and love so when they hopefully do get sober they have someone to turn to and be their support system while they are in recovery. Someone they can trust 😔 I was lucky to have my husband, my dad and my other family members. A lot of people struggling with addiction don’t have anyone.
Congratulations, I know how impossible addiction feels. I got clean from heroin in 2016. No support system at all whatsoever. No money or insurance for rehab. My family turned their back and threw me away like I was nothing. I was in a relationship with a malignant narcissist and he introduced me to the drug. At 32 years old I had never even considered doing heroin, but I did it. I only had 1 guy who 2ould come check on me everyday after work and he admitted he "had ulterior motives" - to make me his. It was so bad, so terrible and I have enormous and intense regrets. I lost everything and that guy was the only one I had to turn to. I'm so glad you had help and support! It's truly priceless. That's what motivated me to go back to school for psychology - to help other addicted, battered, homeless women, with no support or love, just like I was. Congratulations on your sobriety! 🎉
I congratulate you for having the presence of mind to carry narcon and save your friend's life, but also to get off drugs. I wish you every happiness. God bless you, from England x
I’m sorry but as a parent if someone can do this to my child, even being my other child, especially when there was sexual abuse I can most definitely cut them off. They’re no longer my blood and I have nothing to do with them. I can tolerate a lot but to sexually abuse, or abuse at all one of my children is something no one can come back from.
I wish my mom was more like you. My biological father and two older brothers all sexually abused me for years. Took her years to leave my bio father but she still supports my brothers. The abuse would never have ended if I hadn't gotten so scared and desperate for help that I went to the counselor at my school and just broke down and told her everything. I told my mom and grandparents several times but they literally did nothing to stop it. I was also accused of seducing them as a child and that's why my brothers did this. I was only 5 years old when they started. How the hell does a 5 year old seduce someone? My grandparents even claimed they saw my oldest brother doing inappropriate things with me outside in a leaf pile yet they did nothing. They didn't even come tell him to stop. Man, my family is fucked up. Edit: I agree that once someone has crossed that line and sexually abuses anyone, especially a child, there is just no coming back from that.
@@theclownsystem9429 oh gosh, so sad, are you okay. Like what is your relationship with all of them, coz if that was me, I would cut them all off, I will forgive them but cut off for sure. And I have notice in this world, how family, and mother’s always support they sons 😪
@@kadeelacayo4806 for this I most definitely can, my mind won’t change in that instance. I cut ties with my cousin over this. I can do it for anyone. Sexual abuse of any kind to any one I do not play around with, without question.
Paris planned this murder the day Ella's was born, he manipulated Charity into believing that he loved Ella's but it was a game to him. He was always going to kill her and he needed to make everyone believe that he loved her so he could get time alone with her.
I'm inclined to agree, intelligent narcissists seem entertained by the long con game. I think it was a mix between anger at his mother, jealousy of a younger sibling and catastrophic sexual confusion. He lost his temper but once he realized that wouldn't actually get him what he wanted, he immediately changed strategy to get rid of her & punish his mother..
Why did the nanny leave? I don't understand how he managed to pull this off. Why was there no consequences for the Nanny, child neglect at the very least. She left the poor girl.
Antisocial personality disorder is the DSM-5 diagnosis. Probably narcissistic personality disorder as well but could be traits if not full disorder. I also think since he was overtly hostile toward the pregnancy w/Ella that he was faking the big brother act. It felt off to me and finding out that he later abused and killed Ella makes me !believe he was grooming her with the loving brother act. No doubt she would've felt as betrayed by him (if she had lived) as he did by Charity's overdose and how Charity felt betrayed by her mom when she realized her mom was actually guilty. Iam a licensed mental health counselor and have 20 years of experience working with trauma. I believe Charity is continuing the trauma by encouraging a relationship between Phoenix and Paris. I understand how difficult this is for Charity and agree we don't want to judge, but that doesn't change how this has, is and likely will ( without intervention) affect Phoenix. Danielle is right that Paris doesn't know what love feels like. That's a characteristic of narcissism including lack of empathy, which is why it's dangerous for Phoenix to have a relationship with him or read those letters later. Paris has no care or ability to consider how what he says will affect his brother and is only motivated by his own needs, so nothing good could come of this unless it was somehow used carefully as a therapeutic and/or an educational tool. This is so sad. Good example of how trauma can become generational without intervention.
THANK YOU!! Not a mental health anything but did take psychology courses when I was studying to be a nurse and I did not believe at all Paris gave up his hatred of the new child ( Ella) when she was born. I believe it was an act/persona he portrayed because it was expected of him. And I believe that once his mom relapsed his fragile respect he had for her disappeared and that’s when he started planning everything he did that found him in jail.
Paris is a callous monster! He WILL try to kill again, his mother needs to cut ties with her own mother and especially Paris. Her mother is still a manipulator. She could possibly tell Paris where Charity is, if she knows. This is a perfect case of the need to put Charity and Phoenix into a sort of witness protection!
one of the only channels that mentions if there's going to be substance abuse dialogue. as a addict that's been sober for over 3 years you have no idea how much that means to meo Love ur channel girl💕
Charity admitted that she knew of the file with the mental hospital when she removed him in the documentary I watched! She said they told her not to take him home but she signed him out!
I have no doubt the hospital told her what they found....and there had to be something else that made her admit him, it was not just taking the knife that one time. There is likely a lot more to it.
Been to the psychward and hospitalized due to mental illness and when a minor is being handled they absolutely HAVE to tell their guardian about their problems and give reports to them…
@@bloodyvalentines same with being hospitalized, they HAVE to, by law, tell the parent/guardian of the child what they find, as well as get permission for testing.
They call it AMA (against medical advice) and the fact she did it against medical advice of professionals instead of letting them advise her of the treatment he really needed may have led to his access to harm others. I have a MI (mentally ill) child and every knife in my house (even kitchen knives), every lighter, every long piece of rope, etc. all have to be in a locked case. I have a key to open a lockbox to cut up and prepare food. The mother went against medical advice because even on the discharge papers they would have told her to lock up all sharps and so on. I have a tool box with a lock filled with every OTC med because kids will even take tylenol to OD. If you want a tylenol I have to get the key and unlock and give you the dose and watch you take it and do a tongue wiggle so I know you are not cheeking meds. That is what it is actually like to live with a MI kid and some are sent to RTC ( residential treatment centers) where they are not safe to live with their parents and live away from home and there are centers for potential psychopaths to try and turn the tide ASAP in their youth. Mom ignoring the doctors advice did an exceptional amount of harm and I hope that she is brought up on child endangerment for bringing anyone into the home she knows is violent, just like bringing home a violent man or drug addict. She knew he was dangerous and did nothing.
Your empathy and sensitivity toward Charity and this entire situation is wonderful to see. People are so quick to decide they know everything about a situation and pass judgment. Subscribed right away.
People are so quick to judge without knowing!! Indeed so true. I appreciate this comment and perspective. Daniel is great about telling the facts and also displaying her opinion but she definitely digs deeper to help her viewers understand WHY these kinds of people do what they do. I like the channel for that too.
you covered this case with so much grace and remorse and understanding. as a mom i can say if i had another child and one hurt the other, i’d still visit that child. i can’t imagine charity’s strength and love.
He was clearly being abusive to her sister from the start, but noone was paying attention, they were letting him get along with all his cruelty and jealousy and dark heart. I am so sorry for that innocent little girl, Ella was a victim in a messed up family, the whole family was such a huge mess! RIP little Ella.
Danielle: "it's not normal for a child to run around with a kitchen knife" me looking at my brother knowing well that we used to chase each other with knifes
Side note, most psychopaths have low or average IQ scores. So him having a high IQ is interesting. I do believe he hated the idea of his sister all along but put on a show to gain trust and eventually act on urges.
Psychopaths are generally intelligent and more often than not, more than 'average' intelligent. Ian Brady, one of the Moors Murders, had a ridiculously high IQ, Ted Bundy had an IQ of 136 I think, Edmund Kemper and Jeffrey Dahmer both had IQs of 140, and there's loads more examples. Maybe on the broader scale, that is people who have SOME psychopathic traits, can have lower IQs, but it certainly seems that that psychopaths who turn out to serial killers generally have high ones. It is very intriguing!
The compassion you show to the victims and the childhood these perpetrators have gone through is a beautiful thing. You can tell it’s just how you are and you’re not faking it. V glad I found your channel 💜 also, love the purple in honor of baby Ella 👏🏼💕
I remember watching an interview with Paris and having the same reaction as Danielle. Truly terrifying. But he will convince someone that he can be fixed and they will swoop in and try to 'love' him back to healthy mindedness. It won't work.
unconditional love means keeping your kids safe no matter how hard it is on yourself. Letting Paris communicate with Phoenix is the most insane thing I've ever heard of. she needs to get a grip.
her mum killed her dad. she is meant to love her mum unconditionally, same with the mum. she probably has an extremely confusing grip on what unconditional love is/means and how to go about relationships with people who have murdered those you loved (wow)
That’s great to hear. I wonder when that occurred. Would it have been after he admitted and she believed that it was because of molestation and not because of some revenge against her?

I believe him when he says it was his mother’s relapse that sent him down this path. That moment changed his entire relationship with his mother and his sister. His lack of empathy made it easier for him to completely disassociate. It was not long after that he also got in trouble for breaking his sister’s toy and sent to a mental hospital when he grabbed that knife. I honestly believe when he was in that hospital, he concocted his plan to rob his mother of both of her kids and he probably took that time in there to realize he could survive the lock up. It’s just insane how fast a 13-year-old made such life altering choices for his family.
She checks on him to gauge his mental stability. I have a kid who takes his pain out on me but I haven't shut him out completely because to protect myself, I need to know his state of mind.
I’m sorry I would move, change my name and have the authorities notify me when they let that monster out. Well that’s what I say but you never know I guess until you’re in that situation. Then again, I’ve seen people pretend their children are dead just because they marry outside their race, use drugs, turn out gay, stop believing in God, or vote Democrat. I’m amazed that she visits him.
This story always fascinated me as well. So heavy on the heart. Charity has been thru so much, my heart forever breaks for her but she's a fighter. She's so strong!
this case left me so disturbed and disgusted I actually cried :( I knew he was gonna be the bad guy for the title but he was described as such a good kid I bought it, it’s like he literally lied to everyone and faked his whole personality until that moment. Can’t wrap my head around it.

He is terrifying but definitely fascinating. Ive met 2 psychopaths through work both were fascinating, grandiose and very odd too! Love this make up too. 💕
This is absolutely heartbreaking….I understand Charity’s desire to help, “cure”, with love her son. As a mom you will ALWAYS love your child no matter what they do. Unfortunately, Paris is not like other people. He will continue to do what he does, and she is still his victim. Just like Ella was.

From what I’ve read and as far as I understand, not all psychopaths are dangerous. However, psychopaths that have shown to be dangerous, aren’t going to become less so- it’s within them and can’t be cured. Parris is one of these types. Charity sounds sensible and I hope she’s never manipulated to see him once he’s released- or allow her son Phoenix to be manipulated into contact.
David Wood was a dangerous psychopath who did reform, check out his testimony. He said he eventually realised that he couldn't be the best human being on the planet when he was in solitary confinement, suffering the physical effects of starvation. It hit him how pathetic he actually was in that cell. He became a Christian and his since been released and started a family and a Christian ministry. He was in prison for trying to kill his Dad.

I respect your empathy. It must be really hard to research to this level..being empathetic. Thank you for mesmerising me with the colours of your eye shadow.. as I listen to your well researched, story telling of true crime. I’m a fearful person, and keep my eyes closely to crime because of that. Thank you for that touch of empathy, I truly felt how deep you analyse these cases. Come on 1 million!

It’s very important to discuss with the child about the arrival of another child in advance because children are very delicate and they feel left out when important decisions like these are taken without their opinions. If an existing child is uncomfortable then it’s impossible to give a better life to another child. The first child will always feel like he or she is being replaced. Proper parenting can prevent the birth of many criminals
Now this is one of the few cases I already knew about before watching you cover it, and I have to say, the media truly does control what gets out. I've learned so much more from you
I'm one too and had a hell of a temper as well as just an nuts when I was younger, it doesn't surprise me AT ALL. But imo birth signs are just an entertainment
Thank you Danielle. I appreciate the way in which you cover the cases. Judy was such an amazing, courageous and strong woman. She's an inspiration to all of us. RIP Judy. Love to all her family.❤
Charity wasn’t a great mom. If you watch the prime doc on this case you can clearly see she’s obsessed with her son and is so rough with Phoenix while handling him. She didn’t want any of the fathers to have anything to do with their kids at all period she clearly states she doesn’t want them to make any decisions or see the kids she wants to be the only parent. The entire family is a shit show.
I don’t know if I believe he did this to punish his mother. That would imply he had somewhat of a heart to care about her, his sister and even his own well-being. I think it’s got a lot to do with his DISGUSTING sexual drive and desires. And as a narcissist, shame and embarrassment are worse than death to them. I had never even heard of this story. Fascinating and tragic. Thank you!!

She could be doing that to stay in the know about his feelings towards her so she can prepare in case he is let out. But that video of him rough housing his sister was enough for me to see he been wanting to hurt her
Paris had his mask on not until he lived with his grandmother who is also a psycho. Im amazed with Charity on how she handles this. She of course have mental health issues and traumas but she manages. This family is so chaotic. I hope baby Phoenix would be guided and supported well.
He definitely inherited it from his grandmother, and I wouldn’t be surprised if it runs deep in that family. I also think he killed his sister just for the hell of it, and because he enjoyed torturing her. I’m sure part of it was his anger towards his mom, but blaming her was a way to hurt her more. The other thing with him is, that he doesn’t feel anything. It seems like he feels anger, and maybe he does, but all of this was just a game for him. His mom has a hard time hearing him say that he felt alone growing up, because he was her only child for so long and her world revolved around him, but that’s totally his narcissistic side talking. Nothing is ever good enough for someone like that.
can't believe how people judging and even blaming the nanny, he has been a manipulator since his childhood (which is perfectly possible due to his IQ), who's to say that he just peacefully convinced the nanny to leave? i wouldn't doubt he could have threatened her somehow/made her feel creeped out, or he tried to assault her just so she'd have even more reason to leave? as i've seen some people commenting, she could've easily been just a 16 y/o girl
Exactly! He might’ve flashed that knife at her and threatened her. Or said his mom just called and said she’s in the way home so you can take off early….lots of different manipulations he could’ve used on this young nanny/babysitter
@@alongfellow4147 if she felt uncomfortable or scared she should have left. But she should have immedietly told their parents she was leaving. Even if she thought she was meant to be, just to confirm and and let charity know which time she had left the kids

IMO, he should NEVER be released. He will kill again. How many times have we seen someone like this be released, only to get out and do the same thing? Let me add, i am a very big advocate for rehabilitation👏👏👏 just not when it comes to pre-meditated, heinous, viscous acts (particularly against a child😭)
Nah.. He'll kill Phoenix to hurt her for trusting him again. Just to prove everybody right that has already warned her... She will have to live with having known the outcome and being too ignorant to make the decision to cut him off out of "forgiveness"?
Can’t be tried twice for murder and she knows it! I’ve actually watched the P Morgan interview a couple times and I’m still picking my mouth up off the floor after the “manipulating the jury” comment 🤯. Charity should definitely take her son and hide from him and her mom!
You cannot be tried twice for the same murder, but you can be tried for the murder of a next murder. You also cannot be tried for murders that have been brought up after the jury have given their verdict either
I saw an interview where Charity admitted that she was told that Paris was deemed to be dangerous when she had him at the hospital. ( I've also seen her say she didn't know he was dangerous) She said she took him out because she didn't think they were going to to anything to help him. You make Charity out to be a much better mom than I have ever thought her to be. I know you try to keep your comments positive, so I won't say more, because I have nothing positive that I can say about any of that family, except poor little Ella..
The whole family is nuts, including the mom. She is deeply codependent and keeps repeating the same self-defeating behavior over and over. It's hard to understand why she still chooses to communicate with her mother, and even harder to understand why she would encourage a relationship between Paris and her youngest son. It's like a case study of end stage intergenerational trauma. Very sad story for sure.
Exactly!!!! She didn't acknowledge her son's problematic behaviors, didn't protect her daughter, and is now throwing phoenix into the line of fire! Charity is not a quality human being. There were obviously red flags for him to say to his mom's face that she finally caught on and figured things out.
I truly feel so heartbroken for his mother. I can imagine how conflicted she had to be, and still probably remains. You love your children, all of them, no matter what they do. But I can only have sympathy for the way this situation really TESTED that love for her.
I have kids. There is no way in hell I would remain in contact with my son if he did what this guy did. There are plenty of ppl with psychopathology that choose to follow laws. She is definitely putting her other child at risk.
THIS!!!! It's stupidly ridiculous to stay in contact with her son when he MURDERED her young child. I mean, Ella was barely no longer a toddler. And he sexually violated her. There's no way I hold space for him in my life. Charity is delusional, purposely flirting with danger, and putting Phoenix in jeopardy.
I feel like I need to keep telling the story to people. A child, he planned this for 4+ years…knowing what he was going to do… A beautiful, intelligent boy…who turned into a monster 👹 literally… Terrifying 😧
I love that you did your makeup purple (and also matched your nails & shirt which I love btw) in honor of Ella! I HATE that Charity has been through nothing but turmoil in her life. To lose her father & daughter to murder and her son too? It'd be easy & understandable to give up, but I'm SO glad she hasn't. I hope she continues down a positive path and I PRAY that whenever Paris is released he is truly changed and doesn't think about harming his mother or brother.
It's so cute for you to go for a purple look in honour of Ella!
I was about to say the same thing

I can’t believe the grandmother said Ella was a manipulator too, like she was a baby. My heart is broken for that little girl 💜
I was thinking the same thing!!
What...the....fuck? A fucking four year old...in what world...can a 4 year old manipulate....I just...can't.
This is what happened to us when one of my children did something horrific to the other. My mom, to this day says my daughters a liar and a manipulator and was asking for it. It destroys families.
That's what I was thinking. What a POS person
Totally agree
Yes, I most certainly agree with you. I also think he is using the word “ punishment “ to find a reason to kill his sister. We all make mistakes. He is nobody to punish his mother.
I had that exact thought.
+1 m
The thought of him being released into society is truly frightening. Not only for his poor mother and new baby brother, but for everyone else he encounters as well. Yikes
I hope his parole is denied. There is zero chance for recidivism.
With his psychological diagnosis he's never going to be freed. So I wouldn't worry about it.
This is why I support the death penalty.
@Gianpaolo Londero you didn’t see how big he was when standing. Him against any women is still unfair fight which are his victims.

👏🏻🙌🏻
Yes
It takes a lot of love to put up boundaries
This reminds me so much of the movie We Need To Talk About Kevin. I feel so bad for Paris’ Mom. She’s lost so much. I can’t even imagine what her life must be like.
She was partly to blame. Paris had been taken to the police station months before where they suggested he be evaluated. She wouldn't hear of it. She then took him home and he committed the crime 3 months later. She ignored the red flags of him saying he wanted to eliminate her. She knew something was wrong she ignored it because of her drug abuse.
There's a documentary she did. It is really interesting.

And such a sweet tribute making this purple look for Ella. 💜
agreed on all points
4 years old can and will manipulate if they're so enclined
he was raised by fools no wonder this happened. his mother was a drug addict he receved no life skills or suport. the hopelessness he must of felt to be pushed to think this was the only way
The fact that Charity stays clean through all this is amazing...not an easy thing. Her strength is a great example to all those in recovery. God has His hands on this lady.

Charitys mom actually killed her husband when Charity was a child. She was acquitted by a jury of her peers. Shes definitely a phychopath as well.
I completely disagree with that notion)
There are families that have black sheep. Charity was the white sheep of the family. I mean I think we can guess why gran turned Charity out of the house - because she knew too much. And we can also guess why she started doing drugs - to deal with the fact of what her mother had done.

Just wanted to say congratulations on your sobriety!! I know it's a tough fight but an amazing feat! Keep up the fight! ❤️

This was definitely my first thought. With such a high IQ I’m sure he planned this all along.
Why did the nanny leave? I don't understand how he managed to pull this off. Why was there no consequences for the Nanny, child neglect at the very least. She left the poor girl.
I believe that too.
I kinda thought something similar too.

Subscribed right away.
i like that about this channel too
People are so quick to judge without knowing!!

Side note, most psychopaths have low or average IQ scores. So him having a high IQ is interesting. I do believe he hated the idea of his sister all along but put on a show to gain trust and eventually act on urges.
Not true. At all. True Psychopaths have extremely high iqs. Sociopaths are the lower iq.
I never see someone saying that psychopaths has low IQ, to be honest I always read and see the opposite.
Yes I agree he only faked loving his sister just to gain trust and to then eventually do what he wanted to do
@tailanesantos5200 yeah I agree. I believe it's psychopaths that are very intelligent and sociopaths are less intelligent.
The compassion you show to the victims and the childhood these perpetrators have gone through is a beautiful thing. You can tell it’s just how you are and you’re not faking it. V glad I found your channel 💜 also, love the purple in honor of baby Ella 👏🏼💕

It’s giving Michael myers horror. So scary
I remember watching an interview with Paris and having the same reaction as Danielle. Truly terrifying. But he will convince someone that he can be fixed and they will swoop in and try to 'love' him back to healthy mindedness. It won't work.
when u said Ella's fave color is purple and realized why you did an all purple look I got chills ♡ ur amazing
unconditional love means keeping your kids safe no matter how hard it is on yourself. Letting Paris communicate with Phoenix is the most insane thing I've ever heard of. she needs to get a grip.

@Lori F you’re a terrible person.
She needs child protection to take phoenix off her!
She had said in the documentary that she was NOT going to let Paris know Phoenix ever. So idk where you heard that she was.

Charity no longer communicates with Paris , She has a foundation & has been on few podcasts

I appreciate how you mention that people can't know unless they've been there because that's the 100% truth.
It’s so sweet that you did your make up in purple and that was Ella’s favorite color 💜 I almost started tearing up when you said that it was her favorite color at the end. 🥺

I heard Charity speak at a Domestic violence symposium in 2019 . It was deeply moving .
That picture of him at the table with the divider made my stomache drop. There's something about that look in his eye that makes me feel nauseous and wanna cry

This whole story from charity's mom to Paris litreally sounds like it came from a Stephen King novel on steroids

Brooke mahan ...cluster b personalities think in black and white ..they either like you in the moment or they hate you , it has nothing to do with " caring " ..these types of personalities do not have the capability to care , love or empathise , it is not within their brain structure..some psychiatrists believe this is genetic , sounds like the grandmother wasnt too stable either ..

Girl you got me crying here! I have heard this story before but with your details the visuals in my head were too much. Those poor babies! ❤❤❤

I saw an interview where Charity admitted that she was told that Paris was deemed to be dangerous when she had him at the hospital. Amen girl. This case is horrendous and at the age of 14....somethings just don't add up.
The whole family is nuts, including the mom. She is deeply codependent and keeps repeating the same self-defeating behavior over and over. It's hard to understand why she still chooses to communicate with her mother, and even harder to understand why she would encourage a relationship between Paris and her youngest son.
