I'm a massage therapist working in Toronto, Canada, and I recently started working for myself after working at different clinics for a number of years. I rent an office in a building where there are many other businesses also renting rooms out of the same Suite number. Their Google business listings are up and mine has been suspended. None of us have any signage indicating our specific businesses. As far as I can tell, I am following all the guidelines correctly, but apparently I'm not! I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. Any thoughts??
Hey Jun, When submitting your application you need to do the following below if you don't have signage. It's straight from Google's website: Please attach copies of the below mentioned documents to help our team evaluate your reinstatement request. Avoid sending sensitive business documents. You only need to submit one of the following: 1. Your Business Registration/License displaying the business name and address that matches the listing you are appealing for. Accepted documents include official business registration, business license, or tax certificates. 2. A utility bill displaying the same business name and address as your registration/license. Utilities may include any of the following: electricity, phone, gas, water, sewage, trash, recycling, TV, internet.

It's been a couple of days now, hopefully that's a good sign that they didn't immediately reject it. Fingers crossed! As you know, the Google business page is so important for a small local business. I am determined to get this sorted out. If I do end up having to hire somebody, is there anyone you recommend? From what I can tell, you deal exclusively with exterior cleaning companies, right?
Hello and thank you for your explanation you really do a good job.. at the moment I'm in my second suspension , one got tired of waiting no response , so made new business profile with slightly new name got verified via mail post card, everything was good for about 6 days, then bum, got suspended again.
Yes, I would delete the second Google Business Profile, and follow up on the initial re-instatement as not doing so will prolong the process to get your Google Business Profile unsuspended as it was unnecessary to create the second one!
@@pressurewashingmarketing thank you for responding,, and the only reason I made the new business listing was because I completely changed the website name,, and I wanted to have the same name in google as well.. And I deleted it the first suspended listing from my google account… At the moment they respond to me about saying they need more proof I’m the owner,,, So I send them my business license showing I’m the original owner.. and that’s were I’m in at the moment.. waiting for second response..

I put the clients name but when it comes to the question "who manages this profile" I put our information!
