I've been a Sona main for so long and you are absolutely correct about the way to play her, unfortunately most adcs don't understand how aggro she can be and will themselves play super passive 😢
Viktor support is OP offmeta zoning / poke champ. Imperial Mandate is key. Upgraded W synergizes with mandate, as all his abilities slow. Last hit cannons and get takedowns in lane to upgrade abilities early. If losing lane, upgrade W first. If winning lane, Upgrade E first. Phase Rush / Manaflow Band / Celerity / scorch / Presence of Mind / Cut Down.
What rank is this how is he able to auto Caitlin that fast. She outrange her. .. That cait doesn't set up any traps in front of the tower..... How come she doesn't know her own triple autocombo
Sona with a twist? That is the standard way she should have always been built and I always have. She sucks at healing. She can apply "buffs" from items easier to the team, but most of those like Ardent Censor were nerfed into the ground. Her damage output also over the years has been nerfed into the ground to the point it is literally a 10th of what it once was. Real shame.

@@lanhnhusuong8583 Yep. If you used ult + Q + weaved in empowered autos from old lichbane with enough AP it was an easy 4K+ damage in one rotation. Deletion of any squishy and heck a lot of bruisers or tanks. That's why they nerfed her into the ground. Q base damage used to be 250 not 170. AP ratio used to be be higher for the bonus magic damage on hit along with the flat bonus damage. The empowerment bonus damage from the passive also used to be higher with more AP scaling. Lichbane used to have more AP scaling too. The ult used to do more damage and had higher AP scaling. I twas 500 with 100% not 350 with 50%. It also added damage to the Q if you used the ult first as well with 40 points at rank 3. To me she was always a late game mage with extra team utility. She was the crossover between mage and enchanter support. Her downside being not all that mobile most of the game and super squishy with the lowest hp pool and hp scaling in the game of any champ at one point. That and she isn't really that long range and has to be in the thick of the fight to be useful. Any decent assassin could destroy her late game still if Sona was without Zhonyas. I felt she was more balanced with more damage back in the day.
This is how I love to play Sona, but my ADCs always ping me like crazy to be careful. Of course, sometimes they're right and I'm being too greedy with my pokes, but still... like I'm not just gonna sit there and spam W on them.

tbh I always build her bloodsong, archangels and the moment you have ludens, the harass and poke is just so good af and after that I just go dawncore or ardent and then echoes lol and its pretty much good tbh...
I mean it works but not sure in high elo, i m otp sona high elo and the sup build will always be better i think, but in lower elo i think it can be a good carry build but you need to hard win early game for the gold.
Yay I'm in the 1% ^_^ Sona is one of my mains and people love me. If I played as a passive healbot . . . I mean not only is that not fun, it's just not it. That's why Yuumi isn't as fun as she used to be, it used to be worth it to hop off and attack, now you just poke and shield. It's boring. She's great for winrates if you know how to play her, sure, but she's not fun. There's not fun plays anymore, you just get to exist and die if who you're on makes a bad play. Bleh.

Her damage is just bad, idk, it's much better to just be safe and build her Moonstone
