I REALLY like this stitch, I might use it for my "lap robe" for the family room. I had picked out the yarn already but was looking for a pattern. I picked our Premier Sweet Roll, Medium (4). I hope this works up well with this pattern.

Or do you have a different recommendation for that purpose? Also, what type of yarn would be best for a bathroom rug considering that it would get wet and you don't want it to be too slippery? Hi Durwood! Welcome to my channel! So glad you found me. This pattern might be a little hard on the feet but could work as a bathroom rug. With whichever pattern you decide to use I would highly recommend using a 100% cotton yarn. It is absorbent and works great with water and getting wet. It is also really easy to clean. I'd say double check your foundation row count to make sure you have the right stitch count requirement. Then make sure to take into consideration if the turning chain counts as a stitch or not. See if this helps. 😊❤️🧶

Ok so i did this with 30+2 chain but i keep missing 1 stitch at the end?? Is 30 not multiple 3 or Am i doing something wrong....
What if you don’t end with two at the end of row 2?
