For listening, i did not prepare, just went there with full confidence and spoke to best of my abilities. All i can say is don't worry much, its really a simple exam. You just need peace of mind and confidence. If you have time, please practice sample questions too.

I understood the question a little differently. “an efficient way to deal with crime” can be interpreted as an efficient way to reduce crime or prevent it. I have answered the question accordingly. Do you think I would lose points? The question does not really define what “dealing with crime” is…
My only query with this is that the question doesn't ask about fairness; it only asks about efficiency. Therefore, isn't talking about fairness going off topic?
Hello. I have an observation on your example: You drift off the prompt of the question. It's never talking about fairnes of the legal system, but rather only about its efficiency. Eventhough the topic of both main ideas is the same, the second idea is drifting off from the main topic which is efficiency and not effectivity or fairness.

I disagree that "there are not different essay types". Many people successfully learn to write well by memorizing the different types and having a plan for each one. Your method may also work but realize it is not the only way.
I have one question to ask? If in writing task 2 there is just one side question is written and opinion is asked, do we need to write second opinion by our own or stick to just to first one Eg Many people think that nowadays people are being subjected to more and more pressure in their work and thus having less and less time to relax. What's is your opinion? In this can we write about second opinion as it's not their work which make them busy but their own peer pressure does. Please guide
