Nice climbing Eric!! You should try the pinch/scissor method of clipping as well, gives you more reach and is very hard to backclip off!

Great video guys and another fun collaboration. Eric: You will have a much more enjoyable time sport climbing if the clipping happens without any real effort. Also, you won't be back clipping anymore and potentially hurting yourself. Another point about safety; the waist belt of your harness is much to loose. If you were to flip upside down for any reason in a fall there is a possibility that you could pop out of your harness and fall to the ground. The waist belt should make a loop smaller around than your pelvis, making it impossible for it to slide down or for you to pop out of it.

"no way im gonna be able to get it up" nice one right there LMAO. Also loved the switching perspectives with the drone and hand cam on this climb was really neat.

This channel is climbing pr0n. Outstanding work Magnus. The variety, colabs & pure quality stand out. Plus...not a single "power screaming send train posse shouting inane absurdities". THANK U!!

Who pays for all the carabiners left in the mountains all over? Do people ever climb a route then on the way down take all the carabiners so they can go build their own route?

Top notch content guys. Good timing for me too Erik; I onsighted my first 7a and got spanked on a 7b on the weekend too. Although I might add, my clipping was a bit classier ;)

Hey there! New to climbing. I have a question.
In bouldering, a 7A is like 4 metres. But is a 7A on lead outdoors the same difficulty for the entire length of the wall? Or would it be 'easier' to climb say 4-5 metres on a 7A outdoors compared to a 7A boulder indoors?

7A boulder: very explosive and technically hard.
7A lead climbing: dificult moves on some places. you will need endurance to climb the whole route.

When the music quit at about 24:00 I started to hold my breath. It was insane.

Loved the video! You're the reason you got me into climbing (well only bouldering so far...) and I'm really thankful for that. 5C+ is the best I can do at the moment so still a ways to go :P
Would love to see more projects from you. Like really see you working on a route and pushing yourself until you've made it. You could even make several videos about that journey and just space them out over a couple of months.

For me, those moments when there is no "epic" music and effects - just nature, and struggle sounds, are the best. I can actually feel like being there with You guys :)

Hey Magnus, how often do you trim the ends of your rope?
