What's going on with the 63 Cadillac??

This time there is no problem, but I noted a problem.
For anyone who wants me to do the right thing and clean this engine and bay spotless and rebuild the engine with all new parts and make it drive like brand new, I would. but life gets in the way and I need this car running sooner rather than later.
