Going harder is usually better, just be careful, he's got special supplements that help with healing. Trying to work as hard as him without some extra help could be putting you at risk for injury.
From my experience while natty, I trained as hard as possible, drop sets/ super sets/ beyond failure, and never had a serious injury. My arms were so big ppl asked what I was on while natty. @Rob-to4mu
Same, but I can only push that hard for maybe a month straight. At that point my joints and muscles are in a constant state of ache/pain which I then have to not go as hard for a couple weeks. Crazy how he can just push thru that constant pain. Feels like Im doing more bad than good when I get to that point.
In three months I was able to drop 30 pounds while maintaining a decent amount of muscle. These videos literally keep me pushing every single day. Thank you Sam, I will continue to do my cardio🫡

At the end of the day everyone that follows you whether at their best or getting their knows that you have to put in the hours, weeks, months, and ultimately years. The folks that fall off I know it's because the results are not showing faster than they would like. For the most part how ever out of shape a person is can take just that long to gain it back if not setting proper goals. With that said. Everyone needs to tell themselves and give themselves the necessary "Time" because it WILL happen. Just like you said its the folks that are consistent and show up. Everyone who reads this just continue going everyday and enjoy the journey along the way. I still have lots of improvement to go but will attest at my heaviest of 330 lbs @ 6'0" and down to a fluctuating 265-270, looking back the results are shocking. I started a relation ship in the mid of 2024 and my bench still the same shit since it, lucky me that i ended it all, lets go back to the 200lbs grind 🔥
Injured my left arm at work ( repetitive lifting 50-100lbs 500 to 1,000 times a shift depending on how busy we are). Finally got surgery a month ago, but not allowed to lift anything with that arm. I feel a bit silly trying to do lat pull downs and rows with just my right arm using weight and my left arm mimicking the movement with no weight, but it helps with getting mobility back for that side.

Try pushing your shoulders back during 2 arm cable pull overs as you contract or just the whole time. I feel it open my chest but keep tension on my lats. It's like the opposite of what you avoid doing during pushing, so "round" your chest for lat prayers

Undulating is one thing. I think strength train instead ( low reps maximum weight) during a cut phase. One of the biggest blurred lines in the lifting world is mass building vs strength. Mass requires calories since it’s repair muscle tissue. Strength requires sarcomeres. These are likely the smallest objects in the body and require way less calories.
He's making progress insanely quick. What he did in one year is what a small percentage of gifted people do in a few years. The guy is a freak. Too bad he won't go into his supplements (seriously). A lot of us who are PEDs would love to hear his opinion on it

I usually hit back on Monday and I just go down the body through a week but I run 2.5 miles a day 1.5 outside the other on a treadmill to maintain speed and get faster
