Presumably for the “G” you could go to 10th fret on A string? Frets will be closer together.

I think the last chord he lands on is actually a G7, which is close to what you do. 1st finger on the B string at the 8th fret, 2nd finger on the D string at the 9th fret, 3rd finger on the A string at the 10th fret, and 4th finger on the G string at the 10th fret. Good lesson - thanks.

Use your middle finger instead of your ring, it’s a much easier stretch. Your pinky and ring finger share a tendant so it’s a hard stretch, but your middle, index and pinky don’t. This makes the stretch so much easier.

I've been following your courses for the past two years but I have not learned any songs. It's my fault not yours, I used the guitar as solace after my wife died. Now I want to progress but I am having difficulty relating to some of the songs. Can you please do a lesson of 'Janie's Got A Gun' by Aerosmith. It chimes with me and there are not any good lessons of it on TH-cam. Cheers.
