    Awesome review! Thx man, but when the Landyachtz guys hear you compared them to a Walmart board... they‘ll get a heart attack 😂😂

      hahahhaa, they have a unique business model i dont know of any other skate board companies that are so vertically integrated from deck to bearings. They really basically only focus on selling completes. hahah i love there board so i hope they get it meant it was intresting lol.

      @@SkateDadz definitely they will 😄
      I own 3 of their boards plus some models of other brands. The quality of LY is outstanding

      @@colsha6144 the quality is really good, i think there polar bear trucks are really under rated. the only thing i think that could use improvement is the bearings, but im also very very spoiled and used to bones swiss. if they got the bearings to bones swiss speeds, then they would be untouchable.

    I kind of think you'd love the Powell Peralta Andy Anderson flight deck too, which is more capable of doing flip tricks despite being huge too. I don't quite know how heavy these Landyachtz trucks are, but that might also play a big role in how well or not it does flip tricks.

    • @SkateDadz
      @SkateDadz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      they are insanely heavy the entire set up is very heavy but very good quality. Im super interested in the andy anderson flight deck. i love the graphic and board shape. but They seem to be sold out everywhere. That deck is definitely on my radar and i really want to try it. How have you liked your Andy Anderson Deck?

    • @PHeMoX
      @PHeMoX 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@SkateDadz Yeah, that's one of the reasons I don't like these cruiser completes that much. Too heavy. Yeah the Andy boards are sold out where I live too. I still have one that is good to ride, but have been looking to get a spare one just in case and they're sold out here too unfortunately. If your setup is truly heavy, it might still be an upgrade as the Andy Anderson flight deck itself is actually kind of lightweight compared to a normal deck. I don't even know if it's the weight itself necessarily, but it just feels that way. _Very_ good pop. It'll work for sure, even for bowl riding and ramps and stuff. The shape takes some getting used to, but definitely one of my favourites.

      @@PHeMoX dude you should make a review video about it. i would love to watch. i really want that deck man! are there any advantages you have noticed about its shape? when it comes back in stock i may have to snag one

    • @PHeMoX
      @PHeMoX 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@SkateDadz I might do that eventually. I would say the shape is mostly just super comfortable and it also is perfect for flips. The board also is designed in such a way that it is all still balanced when it flips. On top of that the spots on the board useful for pressure flip type tricks are also very obvious. Easily the most versatile board in terms of shape. Very compatible with freestyle skating, bowl (especially with rails on the board), cruising around and street. I also don't know how, but it doesn't feel like riding a ~8.5" deck, when it definitely is.

    Lol. Metric is centimeters and millimeters. Imperial is feet and inches. Canada uses both. 🇨🇦

    Thank you for the review! I would like to have your opinion between ATV Perfecto and Tugboat.
    I'm only interested in cruising and ollies. Which of the 2 you find more appropriate for these 2 aspects, if I do not care for street tricks?
    I mean, which is better in cruising if they are not at the same level and which is easier for ollies?
    Also do you think that the slightly lower wheelbase of ATV Perfecto (14.375" instead of 15" that Tugboat has) makes it less stable than the Tugboat in cruising?

    • @SkateDadz
      @SkateDadz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      i would get the Perfecto, i thought i was only going to want to crusie around but quickly found myself wanting to do olllies and grind stuff. the perfecto can easily switch over to skating transition and some street. The perfecto is going to be better for doing ollies and tricks. the issue with the tugboat is that it dosent really have a nose which can make ollie werid. when you do an ollie you nose often ends up catching your foot in a way. the lack of a nose on the tug boat was really a killer for me. I know you say you want to only do ollies but if you start skating alot you might find yourself wanting to do alot more. The perfecto is an excellent cruiser board, the polar bear trucks have 2 sets of bore holes you can adust the wheel base if its super important to you. but .375 of a inch on a wheel base is not gonna make a big differnce for crusing. the perfect is also 2 inches longer witch will be more stable if that is important to you. i could go on and on. but if i can only buy 1 board im going with the perfecto everytime. It is an excellent board i have skated it 5 days a week since october its its still in great shape.

      @@SkateDadz Thank you so much for your reply!!! For your info I edited the wheelbase dimension on my comment because I wrote it wrong before. 14.375, not 14.625. I think I'm gonna buy the Perfecto right now as it seems as an all-around choice!

      yes. i would. if your looking to just to basics this would be great. then if you want to like do trey flips you can get a normal street board. This board is going to be way more cruiser and easy to ride then a normal street board. ive had no problem skating mini ramp and ledges with it.

    ATV or dinghy with bigger wheels ( and kicktail ) ? 🤔

    • @SkateDadz

      ATV every time if you want to do any street tricks or skate a mini ramp park. Dinghy will be more for just cruising.

      (Actually the Dinghy has bigger wheels than the ATV. 63 mm on DInghy Fatties vs 60mm EZ on ATV.)

      @SkateDadz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@kotrh2263 the two boards are very similar the biggest difference is the Perfecto has a bigger nose. which i prefer. if you want to do nose stalls or nose slides. if you don't plan to do anything off the nose then either should be fine. I personally prefer the perfecto since its has more of a functional nose.

    • @SkateDadz
      @SkateDadz  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      i just looked at it again, the ditch life is much wider thats the other difference. the ditch life is more cruiser-ish where the perfecto you can still do alot of street tricks
