I’ve always loved weddings and always thought I’d have quite a big, super planned wedding. I got engaged and turned out not so much! I was so overwhelmed with all the options and the cost. Ended up planning an elopement in 10 weeks and doing everything on my own - possibly the most fun/exciting thing I’ve ever done in my life! You just really don’t know what you want til it comes around x

You may or may not know this but in regards to the dress finding...don’t forget to include the cost of alterations (can be slightly pricey) Loved this video!! Oh and the blue polka dot dress was gorge!

We had desert table and it was amazing! it looked so impressive and meant people were getting up and mingling more rather than just staying seated the whole time, it added more interest to the day. Although the main chef brought our desert to us at the head table which was nice!n I've just uploaded a maternity cookbook I'd love if you took a look!

What you said at the very end about everyone’s experience in wedding planning being different even though you may feel you’re in a bit of a competition with your fellow engagees 😛 I’m in the process of planning one as well and it’s a long-term engagement, but this was so helpful Olivia thank you!!
