2 1/2 L water (during the cooking process you will need a half litre more)
1 tablespoon all-purpouse flour
1 egg
1 water glass rice
1 water glass burghul
1 water glass wheat
1 tablespoon salt
3 eggplants
7 chilli peppers
1 tea glass vegetable oil
2 onions
1 tablespoon butter
