    It's fantastic car, no review can every do it justice to be honest. My wife picked one up last week for under 20k!!! (I picked my Focus ST at the same time), we took it on razz about on some Welsh B roads and it was epic.
    Keep up the good work on the channel

    The standard ST is such a great car to drive, so to think they've taken that even further boggles the mind!

      It is the ultimate evolution of the ST. Like I said, the cherry on top. Only a limited amount of time with the car for this video, so full review coming in September.

    I wish we had a 3-door choice here in America.

    Hmm.. I bought a used Fiesta ST 6 months ago with 31K miles for $14,500 and bolted on a GT256R Turbo and now I get over 300 HP (Turbo is $1800 if you install it yourself which was a piece of cake). That's less than $17K invested. Explain to me why anyone would want to pay $26K+ for a new ST200?

      Easy to say. Chassis is much more stiffer and power ist far from to be everything for a fast car. Everything else you can tune to be better. If you just want to have a fast car. Take a e36 328i, push the rev limiter, do some mods, KW Clubsport, tires, seats and so on... you will get a car, that is nearly as fast, as a standard e92 M3 for about 12-13.000€.
      But i have to admit: the MK6 is a great car. If the engines would be reliable, i would buy also one of these as another tracktool 👌

    Nice little car. But is a Fiesta really worth £22.000! Coming from the old school days of the XR2 and XR3i.Something is telling its over priced.

      +Warren Blanch It will keep its value though with so few being made.

      +Inside Lane I was thinking that you can buy a demo Astra VXR on a 15 plate with about 2.000 miles on the clock for £19.000.

    • @insidelane
      @insidelane  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Warren Blanch Yeah, but then you have an Astra VXR. Doesn't really cut it against current hot hatchbacks.

      @strikeeaglemodels1588 8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Inside Lane Fiesta ST is 190BHP Astra VXR is 274BHP so I think it does cut it mate and its quicker 0-60MPH and has a higher top end :)

      +Inside Lane your correct if your comparing it to the Honda R and the new ford RS.I have seen the Astra VXR do a three lap race against the Trophy cup and only lose by half a car length. Which is nothing at all.But it depends on how you look at it really.Because if you had a VXR on a stage one mod it would be quicker than the Honda and Ford RS JUST! plus I don't get played for promoting brands of cars and you do mate ;)

      +kram namwen Bumpy banking on the test track. Suspension is firmer, but not back breaking. More detail on that in this cars full review coming soon.

    Does anybody know that storm grey paint code?

    • @insidelane
      @insidelane  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      +Nord Vinden I don't I'm afraid. All I know is that it is bespoke to this model.

    Hmmmm I wonder how much insurance would be for one of these for an 18 year old.... Hah only if I had £22,000 to buy one!! :'(

    Great car, but awful colour, it looks like undercoat grey, admittedly the alloys are classy.

      @insidelane  8 ปีที่แล้ว

      I love the alloys too. They look really smart.
