I am 8 minutes in, do you have to join be connected to the grid or could u be off grid with solar ect?. Also on a property like this could u build a none permeant cabin,? Would u need planning if it was like a caravan say,? Cheers

Arrange an owner financed mortgage. Just get an agreement with the seller and get a contract set up with a lawyer. I bought Mt house that way.

You said the building could be enlarged, is that a second floor or a bigger footprint?
Both potentially, paperwork for second floor is easier than extending footprint though
It’s much easier getting around in another country when you can speak and understand at least a rudimentary level.
