Another nice property! I have enjoyed your videos over the last year so decided to visit Fundão to see the area for myself. Unfortunately I chose this last week so got to enjoy all that rain. It is a beautiful area and I enjoyed hiking on the Estrela and Gardunha mountains when it wasn't raining too hard. I like to dream about living on one of your properties but I think realistically it would be hard to abandon the kids and grandkids here in Canada.

Why this obsession with "modernising"? What is considered contemporary today will be outdated in 50 years anyway, so by keeping it as original as possible, can only contribute to the long term value. If you want a modern house, buy a new build, and leave the older properties to those who will appreciate them.

Hi Jiseph its a ahame we can not see inside tge house.....amazing place....i am Portuguese but live in UK i want to go back home....i never tought of the north as i like warm weather but after living in the uk for 20 + years i guess i could now live in the north of Portugal...my husband is starting now a university degree so i dont think i can move just yet....but this property is amazing this one and the one with the waterfalls are my favorites....I might not wait for my husband to finish uni i am a fa of your channel and please always include André by the way your Portuguese is amazing at times its so funny to ear it all in Portuguese and understanding and than again in English....good luck with all you do....and would like to one day meet you guys....amazing job

Thanks for sharing and showing us, especially us in the U.K. how dark and dismal our lives in the U.K.really are when compared to the lives you have in Portugal. The relaxed atmosphere to life in general is so clear to see. Old people looking healthier and happier than the older people who live in a over populated country and a much colder climate. I have made the decision to purchase a property, even if it's only a nice piece of derelict land and bread goats for both meat and milking and I'm going to take the chance. Your videos or short well edited films have been very educational and without accidentally watching a "short " you had slipped into something that I was searching for I wouldn't have had any idea of how much more was OUT there to enjoy, experience, and discover. Thanks for changing an attitude for the better. 😊😅😎🤠
