Mega Man Rock Force: Pulse man with Tornado man in

Uniroincally was not expecting Tornado man to be good in this stage at all. Probably not useful in practice since mega man goes through this stage so quickly with a small arsenal and you have to do a lot of weird routing to bring Tornado here. (Also you'd have to play 2015 version which is slow for any settings, so eh.)
