I wouldn't agree with the pixel scaling goku to solar system level. Cell's strongest kamehameha was going to wipe out the entire solar system and it was a big deal; SP Cell is High-Solar System and SSJ2 Gohan should be above him. CG Saga SSJ Gohan should scale higher than Namek SSJ Goku given how he did way better than any fighters present (So SSJ Gohan > CG SSJ Goku > CG SSJ Vegeta > Semi-Imp and Imp Cell > Early Android Saga Trunks > Mecha Frieza > Namek SSJ Goku).
