B8 S4 Double X-Pipe Exhaust

did double x pipes on my b7 s4 but you need some resonators because you can not hear the tone difference with all that rasp. Once you get rid of the rasp you will be able to hear the true sound. Also i recommend going custom and putting the x pipes right after another like how the mustangs have them

From other peoples exhaust set ups, getting rid of rasp on these v6’s is a challenge.

Oh yeah. I’ve seen that clip. He went full single pipe. I thought about doing that but didn’t want to lose the dual exit.

@@Atrociousa3 agreed however I value the sound more so I did an x pipe with a y pipe but I bought a resonator that was 2 small so the car still rasps a good bit. So I can’t tell how the x pipe affects the sound. Going to get a 18in vibrant resonator in a week or 2.

@@EGEIS9 going to replace the rear mufflers and see how bad the rasp is. Still on stock cats. I know guys get a lot of rasp once they go catless.
