That is such a clean kit. I love how they worked it into the existing high beam circuit. Great wire routing on your part too brother. Great mod overall.
Agree with Island ADV...nice, clean install. Really like the "MacGyver" battery fix. Coming up with your own solutions and making it from old parts/material is half the fun! Cheers..
Haha yeah I do a lot of that, don't like going to the store mid project so I save all sorts of goofy stuff. I think this was actually the batter drain line from my gen2 KLR!
Could the LEDs be turned 90 degrees in the base making the light bounce off the sides instead of the top / bottom of the reflector? I saw a screw in there.
No, I'd hoped that was just a set screw but it's all one piece and not adjustable. I've since found a set of Auxito LEDs that I pulled apart and glued back together, which worked ok. In the end a set of HIDs turned out to work best. I've got videos on all of it.
Thanks John! Ahh kind of mounted it in an odd way. I have an action camera slide in sticky mount stuck to the plastic below the guage cluster and then a ball joint to another action camera mount stuck to the back of the gps.
A while after this I switched to HIDs which actually seem to work much better, but still got in the way of the tray. I heated mine up with a touch and pushed the spots that interfered in a ways. Definitely not the prettiest thing, and I did melt a hole in one side... but it fits now!

Thanks man! Yeah pretty cool you don't have to splice any wires or anything.

I bought the Polaris LED light kit from my dealer !! They are super bright
Ben, another great video. Keep the ATV videos coming.
Thanks! Will do!

@@SwankyCatProductions Great video. Thanks.
Off subject. How did you mount your GPS. Great product review. Keep up the great work. I watch all of your videos. Stay Swanky.

Would you still go to the effort of adding this if you were on a 22 with the factory LEDs?
I've not seen the output of the factory LEDs but you can always use more light!
that was an impressive difference
Indeed, I wish light bars didn't look so goofy on motorcycles haha.
Can you tell me what size light bar that is
12"
Many thanks
I wish I saw this video before I bought the bulbs and bar. Really disappointed that I can't put my tray back in.
