Creta on road price is 11.13 lac for me as I negotiated quite hard and will be 2 lac cheaper to sonet model I got booked. My reaction after watching ZW reviews nowadays " Ab Kya hi bolu?" This is not the first review of Sonet I have watched, you were not the first ones to release it sadly, BUT its still the best of the few I have watched, which again isnt something new, ZW has been setting standards for review in our country, more than you sister concern channel If I may... well.. I do say so! Coming back to the Sonet, its pretty much seems like THE benchmark now and it looks gorgeous in that reddish maroon shade. Love the fact that practical boot space is demonstrated in all reviews now, clearly gives the consumers an idea of what to expect and 392 i 18litres over the already spacious WRV. The rear seat backrest seems higher than some in its class, which is good, also the fact that it gets adjustable headrests. The ventilated seats well I think rivals should start offering them too, makes a lot of sense in a country like ours. The styling, the equipment list, the engines it seems to have nailed it all. The only, I mean THE ONLY thing I can think of where some cars can take lead is the rear bench width, which i think should have been considered to be a priority especially at the price point some variants are likely to hit or may be they did it on purpose so Seltos continues to sell. Hyundai goofed up the prices of iMT vs DCT IMO. While iMT is cheaper, it starts at a variant above the DCT which completely messes up the affordability factor. Sure you do get more kit, but why not offer it on lower varaints which makes it accessible for people looking for a affordable automatic in the first place? I hope Kia doesnt do that. Other than that i think if prices like how Seltos was compared to Creta, it probably will just fly off the shelf.
Hey bub, did you go watch the red in real ?? it sucks man!!! Lotta ppl including me were looking out for a Race/Sporty kinda Red but this looks outdated man and left me shocked with utter disappointment, the look in these videos is not the same when you see it in the day time, Black is better than this. Gold looks very dull. Why have more boot space than the rear legroom/space? It's ridiculous actually. They could have given more space inside. Yes, the ventilated seats is a great great grand feature that is welcomed at this price point but they are more useful in colder countries for the warmness and a lot in the summer too. iMT is a premium feature and so will be the price. That is why they couldn't offer it in the lower variants. Look at other features as well, there is a huge cut when compared to HTX. Obviously, if KIA can manage a spectacular price range, then it's a tremendous win for the company and their long-lasting relationship with the customers.
@@ajs433 iMT is a premium feature than DCT? Bro variant to variant they are priced around 1lac apart, with DCT costing more but you get DCT in a lower varaint on the venue while iMt starts with next variant on the same turbo petrol. The point of iMT is to offer an automatic that is more affordable if not DCT is certainly a better pick, that is what I am trying to say. I understand you were looking for racing red, but if the car looks something like the one in video, it seems good enough for me. Heated seats are boon in cold climates, i have personally used them when temperatures ranging below -10 on the Kia Sorento and they are a must once you use them. With Indian summers ventilated seats will play a major role especially since finding shade to park car during the day isnt easy. Once you put the ac on full blast, though cabin cools down, the area near your back take time, this will help it. I dont expect legroom to be great, but since boot is bigger I wonder how bad it is compared to the Venue, since that wasnt great to begin with. To me they are pretty much 4 seaters and for that legroom is adequate i think. Again opinions will differ obviously.
Booked HTX+ IMT Kia Sonet....i m 6'1 and i found venue small in headroom than sonet... Am worried about turbocharged engine is it reliable than natural aspirated engine ? How about turbocharger maintenence cost? Clear doubts any body...
For the 1 litre turbo engine with the IMT transmission, isn't the turbo lag a pain in the ass? Like I have to drive the car for 90% of the times in a busy city like Bangalore (daily office going purposes), then isn't the turbo lag something that would screw the experience everyday, everytime? is there a way to get rid of it, or is it something that one has to live with?
Yes the kia sonet is a car in its segment that makes us to feel wow. Whether in terms of the looks, features, comfort, and drive. It's a wow. Just like it's elder brother the seltos, the new sonet wiil be another great success to the kia motors in india. If the sonet is priced competitively then Undoubtedly its a wow👍❤️❤️.

@@ghefijk haha.. it seems you are duster fan.. Believe me creta is the king of SUV😀
@@robingarg4012 suv depends on dynamics of the car bro, in wheel base and lenght duster is more than creta. Duster can take into any road due to its approach angle( raised bumper) and departure angles and 205mm ground clearnce. Duster designed for 4x4 off roading bro , sadly in india it discontuined now. Creta platform itslef is not deigned for it. It's jus city vehicle. Everyone knows that😂
Hai bhai muje Kia sonet top hand lena hai saal bhar mein 10000 kilometre Mera driving average haitu mujhe Kiya diesel Lena chahie ya petrol Lena chahie petrol mein Lena ho to kaun sa variant mere liye achha rahega thoda Bata dijiye please (agar diesel hoga to.. ...)
My reaction after watching ZW reviews nowadays " Ab Kya hi bolu?"
This is not the first review of Sonet I have watched, you were not the first ones to release it sadly, BUT its still the best of the few I have watched, which again isnt something new, ZW has been setting standards for review in our country, more than you sister concern channel If I may...
Hey bro! Thanks for taking time to write such a detailed message and great to hear your assessment too! Thanks a ton!

@Allie X now that we have established that commenting is free, let's spam the comments section may be? 😂
Enthusiasm= Karthikeya
Welcome back
I'm looking for Karthikeya review for Sonet. TH-cam suggested this today.
Thank you man, for this terrific review.
Booked HTX+ IMT Kia Sonet....i m 6'1 and i found venue small in headroom than sonet... Am worried about turbocharged engine is it reliable than natural aspirated engine ?
How about turbocharger maintenence cost?
Clear doubts any body...
Go for the Diesel...both turbo petrol and diesel have similar price...!!
Can you confirm if the HTX iMT have Hill hold assist or not. I feel it's necessary. On the other diesel feels more planted while driving
@@harishbharambe8178 you don't need a hill hold assist in IMT...it has crawl function...!! Engine doesn't stall in the incline...
Hi! Can you please make comparison video between the 2021 Sonet HTX Petrol DCT & Sonet HTX Diesel Automatic. Thanks.
Bro you and your cameraman skills incredibile
Kia is turning out to be the best thing that happened to India in past 2 years ❤❤
Yes the kia sonet is a car in its segment that makes us to feel wow. Whether in terms of the looks, features, comfort, and drive. It's a wow. Just like it's elder brother the seltos, the new sonet wiil be another great success to the kia motors in india. If the sonet is priced competitively then Undoubtedly its a wow👍❤️❤️.
Viewed reviews from other channels before this, still this is the best!! Thumbs up to Kartikeya !! - Longtime fan here
Hullo sah! Grateful for your time with us. 🙏 Please do let me know if you have any feedback.
What abt the 1.5l engine nobody talks abt its performances which is more budget oriented
And Price of htk+?
? You mean 1.2? Because we spoke about the diesel.
Is that gt line comes with a manual disel engine option...? Plz reply...
What I just like is this Guy's review, car/bike doesn't really matter, keep it up. Best Wishes
This video played a major role for me in deciding to go for the Sonet so hence I booked Sonet GTX Plus imt.
Elegant, graceful, venerable, subtle! oh I've not started talking about sonet yet. It was for Mr.Karthikeya!! Love your car reviews!!
Bro!! Hahaha.. too kind!! Hope all well with you.
So in AMT
..venue...or sonet... petrol
Rushed showroom and drove one imt variant...steering is the best part...Just wow after riding a magnite, nexon and xuv300
Update : booked one 😁
How was your experience
Especially after sales service from which region you belong
@@sahilll7694 Its really good..I took mine from Kannur DKH, Kerala. 3 months was the waiting period. Since there was covid lockdown at that time, I couldnt come to Kerala that time and I recieved it on next allotment which was again 3 months later...After sales interaction from showroom is good. A couple of times, they were unable to solve the issues I pointed out (like rusting in the exhaust pipe, low visibility LED lamps during rainy nights). I hardly have these troubles now..I fixed these too issues from outside. Nothing much to complaint.. Ride is superb. the car performs well at higher/lower speeds, I tried different terrains too..it handles everywhere smoothly..never tried hardcore off roading which I dont need to in my region!..gt variant is little pricey for its visual gimmicks and connected car feature..but for the long run , most of the features are really helpfull.. and yea car feels safe to ride.. (am not a fan of 5 star NCAP shit without proper after sales service support)
@@napster005 congratulations 🎉 great buy so far
you are the best car reviewer in India.. you're an amazing orator, you made the video informative and to the point and a lot of fun too with your peppiness and witty comments..kudos...
Damn. Even if almost all the automotive channels released the video at the same time, I searched for zigwheels first for Kartikey.
This guy can actually make any car feel like a german luxury saloon with his description.
Loll!! That might make things tough! For car makers and car buyers! Hahaha lotsa ❤️!
Can this car comfortably accommodate 5 people in the car or tata Nexon is the winner?
Best channel
One stop destination for all car enthusiasts.
Thank you for the vote sir!!
SOcial NETwork!? What!?
Review is top notch 👍🏻
I am addicted to zigwheels. Can't u guys upload a video like every single day ?
Are both seats ventilated
Does it have an auxiliary port for connecting mobile phones? I know this is an old tech question but need it for something.
Are remote engine start and ac on off via uvo app available in Diesel Manual transmission and petrol intelligent Manual Transmission in any trim (HTX+ and or GTX+)?
What a Awesome Review.....you are a Rockstar Karthikey...i mean what a review wowwwwwwww and sonet is superb
What is recommendation on turbo petrol engine vs NC petrol engine....from engine life and maintenance on long terms perspective
Can we fit 17 inch alloy on it comfortably?
If somebody likes nexon it does not mean that you will hate this beauty with beast performance 🤩
You present it so well... Keep up the good work Kartik...
Xuv300 or nexon or ecosport any day over the sonet
Excellent review... A complete one
Good job Karthikeya...
It’s like a beefy Kia Soul!
Can’t wait for this to come to the US
It won't. It's an India specific model and will be exported to some south Asian countries like Indonesia, Thailand, Phillipines etc only
Everything changes when Kartikeya tells us any tale..!!
Such a detailed review... Love you Kartik.!! ♥️
Bro! Kasaa kai? Grateful as always! And ❤️❤️ back! Hope all well!

excellent review as usual ! Karti rocks with his reviews.
As always love karthikeya's presenting. I have to say this is even better than most of the international reviewers I watch. Also great job with the editing, music and overall cinematography as well.
Plz link some of the music as well in the description as well plz @zigwheels.
Thank you for appreciating the team's work sir! Will definitely pass it on. 🙏 Will ask our eds to share the music list. Any specific bit?
@@SirKart the beginning one and it's the same at the end I think. And I am just a teenager karthikeya sir 😅 admiring presenters like you..have always been a big fan even since the Autocar days of yours. Hope you achieve all the success/excellence you aspire for🙌🙌
One of the best reviewer I have seen recently.
Price in Karnataka? Near Hyderabad?
Excellent review. But i do not understand why sonet is not in Manual transmission on Turbo Petrol. It is very disappointing
Sonet is going to be the segment killer 🔥🔥
With it's features, yes definitely, no doubt about it. But i really think that the Ecosport is a bit better in terms of driving. Although we'll have to see.
Which is better Kia Sonet HTK+ iMT or Hyundai Venue SX iMT?
Waiting for prices sir!
Do stay tuned to CarDekho for the variants analysis.
iMT should definitely be picked over the DCT, those drive & traction modes feel gimmicky for a sub 4 meter URBAN SUV.
Agree! 😁
Ethan Fernandes those are only feel good modes and yet the eco snd sport mode do make a difference in automatics but not by much in small capacity engine cars
So damn true, that too for FWD😂
The drive modes make a difference, but traction modes are gimmicky for sure
Suspension response on rough roads.??
One of the best reviews in your channel...
1.5 diesel auto vs 1.0 turbo petrol dct.? 113 bhp vs 120bhp resp.
Such an awesome review Kartikeya Sir. And so thoughtful to show the rear seat space with 3 adults occupied 👍🏼
Our pleasure sir. And glad to have your appreciation. 🙏 Means a lot to us!
