I’m not sure exactly what it would be in grams. You may be able to Google the measurements you need converted . I think Google may have a feature that can convert some measurements.

Will this freeze well?
Yes, as long as you place it in a well sealed container. I thaw it and then mix it with a paddle attachment before frosting a cake.
Is it grainy.. or smooth cuz of the sugar ??
This recipe is grainy so it will have the same texture and taste as cookie dough.
