Preparing more over 1year but still not getting the job in Salesforce what should I have to do everyone is asking for experience guy but how a fresher can entery at fresher level
Focus on building a strong portfolio, gaining relevant certifications, and applying for internships or volunteer projects. Networking and showcasing your practical skills can help you stand out as a fresher.
Perception matters. Unfortunately in the market, the perception is that Salesforce is one of the most expensive choices available. Being expensive was fine during high growth market scenario. If Salesforce doesn't get costs under control, my career might suffer. They spend too much on things. Look at the SF tower for eg they don't need to be right there... Only a few miles out and they could've spent way less ..same goes for a lot of decisions the top leadership makes... Too wasteful imo. This is one of the biggest weaknesses of Salesforce and not any technical weakness. Slack, tableau etc great products... Pricing problem
Salesforce's cost perception can be addressed by highlighting its long-term value, customization options, scalability, cost management initiatives, and competitive pricing. While the initial investment may seem high, the benefits often outweigh the costs.
