I love how you basically went through a full loop of Osaka while dueling with Darts, ending at the area you start at. This games absolutely fantastic, its unlike any racing game I've ever played, it feels like it has depth and character, and thats why i love it so much
I remember doing this, but using the Ridox Supra to beat the second phase in Osaka, The WEST Corvette to beat the second phase of Nagoya & The M.C.R. Skyline to be the second Phase of Tokyo, felt "fitting" given the opening sequence of the game..... Makes me wanna play through it yet again.
I've always felt that the trio of tuner cars having a 3 way battle is symbolic for "battling for the #1 spot". They are supposed to be their area's fastest and given how Unknown is replaced with a ghost of the player, these 3 to me always seemed like the "protagonist cars" for this game. They are also literally on the front cover of the box the game's shipped in, so even if they aren't key to the non existent story, they are the poster cars for this game for sure.
yeah no ure hacking no way you beat all 3 gtr's back to back to back without losing i have a 1 engine upgrade from max rx7 and i cannot for the life of me keep up (im going 200 mph i do not believe they should be doing that 5 seconds into the battle)
AI gets a massive boost for 3 seconds at the start but it cancels if they let off the gas. It looks like he’s got a money cheat but the MCR Skyline really is just that fast. Iirc it’s well over 650 hp and being a custom car it won’t heat up or lose it’s rigidity as quickly as a normal car. I still think a V6 turbo swapped Evo or F4 turbo swapped FD3S could do the same job - assuming the FD doesn’t spin out from all the torque

Man, your driving possibly the best I've ever seen in this game. The way you thread through the traffic mere inches is just insane

Im actually surprised the bosses go full speed right at you as the race goes on but then they get instant karma by ramming into a bus
