    This pouch is one of the quickest makes ever! It takes just a few minutes to make and has so many uses.
    I like to keep one in each of my knitting project bags with my notions. Stitch markers, progress keepers, tapestry needle, measuring tape, etc.
    If you hand sew this will be perfect for storing some thread, needles, thimble, small scissors, etc.
    My kids often use these as a wallet, too! Throw some cash in it and in your back pocket. Easy peasy!
    I hope you enjoy this video tutorial and give this fun little pouch a try!

    I love this pattern - so easy. I had lots of leather scraps so printed the pattern off at 120% and added about an inch to the flap, so making a slightly larger pouch. Perfect!

    Good morning. Thank you for this great pattern. I find the snaps are hard to open, what am I doing wrong!

    • @TheCraftyGemini
      @TheCraftyGemini  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi. They should be hard to open at first. I often close and open them at least a dozen times before giving it as a gift so they are a little "worn in" before the recipient tries to open it themselves. So, try that.

    The packages of faux leather show 8 different colors but the description says it’s a four pack. Can the color(s) be selected when purchased?

    • @TheCraftyGemini
      @TheCraftyGemini  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      The image shows a variety of the possible colors you may receive. You can enter your preferred colors in the order notes and while our team does try to honor those we make no guarantees because our inventory is mixed. Hope that helps!

    Hello Why not use a pinking Blade and then you wouldn’t have raw edges? Just a suggestion.

  • @donnawhite1535
    @donnawhite1535 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    It seems so easy until I started. I so totally HATE the snaps. It is so frustrating. I’ve tried a heavy hand, a light hand… they fall off the project or don’t snap once I get them installed… I would love to master this seemingly easy project. Any tips/ideas?

    • @TheCraftyGemini
      @TheCraftyGemini  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I suggest practicing on scrap fabric. The trickiest part is centering the screw on the snap pliers. If it’s not perfectly centered you will crack the snaps.

    • @donnawhite1535
      @donnawhite1535 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you for the quick response. I have been trying it in scrap fabric… for now I will pause and walk away. I do love your tutorials btw
