Lidia, You are an inspiration to me. I had a hemorrhatic stroke 2 years ago. It has been quite a struggle to try to get back my left side deficits. But, I, like you am working in the yard, planting flowers, and trying to sweep the yard. I can tell you have a good personality and I cheer you on, when I watch you & your hubby on U -Tube. Marcellus is a saint. I, too. have a wonderful husband, who has helped me so much. Never give up! Be like Nike, "Just do It!".Love & Luck to you!

This is my second year being a stroke survivor. I'm a heavy guy and my wife is small so its hard for her to take me far away places. Seing your video encouraged me to push myself more. I suffered on my left brain, so my right side is same thing as your. Hope we still recover more.

What an inspirational couple you are. My husband had a hemorrhagic stroke 3 years ago and he went through so many similar situations as you. Sadly he's
struggling to recover but your story gives me hope that he can continue to make progress.

Your videos are encouraging! Since my stroke I like to do dishes, too. It warms my hand - and helps with mobility. I like to go shopping at Walmart and Krogers, too, Take care.

What an amazing journey this has been! I remember that first day/night. We were all so scared. I'm impressed how Lidia has learned to put on the foot-leg brace by herself. The two of you have worked so hard to make all this happen. Kudos to both of you. Thanks for sharing this documentary.

I'm glad the recovery hasn't stopped. I started taking lion's mane mushroom extract about a year ago now and I take it every day. My nerves are regenerating right now as I type this. I'm not sure if that would be something that helps, but I thought I would mention it because everyday I feel better and better and sometimes from hour to hour I feel more of my toes more of my leg more of my hand more of my back. Everywhere on the right side of my body. Maybe it can help you guys. I don't know if nerves are something that is affecting you, but that's what happened to me all of my nerves degenerated now they are regenerating. My nerves regarding is only one thing that Lion's man can help, it is also proven to help with brain fog speech and a lot more and I improve of that. I hope this can help you, God bless.
