I am always trying to improve my hygiene as a man and was wondering if perhaps you could take a look at my morning routine I will provide down below and tell me if there are any improvements you feel could be made: Shower in the morning using body and back exfoliators, I then apply conditioner once a day to my hair (shampoo 3 times a week). Then I use a facial exfoliator scrubber to lather a facial cleanser over my face and wash it off along with the conditioner sat within my hair. I then get out of the shower and brush my teeth using a tongue scraper and dental floss. Further I apply moisturiser to my face and use alovera eye masks to reduce any puffiness or dark circles found under my eyes. Within the 15 minutes I leave the eye masks on my face, I will have a shave and use a jade roller to promote blood circulation within my face which I heard is great when attempting to discard any acne upon my face. Then I will apply an anti perspirant. And then aftershave to my face to close my pores leaving no room for any dirt entering my skin. @@carlosdharrisjr dont user charcoal products, they are overly abrasive. I suggest just using any normal toothpaste or sensodyne if you have sensitive teeth. Pretty much all toothpaste has the same stuff in it, you just want ones that are low in abrasive content.
