End of day: Wash hands and feet 5 mins brush teeth/mouthwash/tongue scrape 3-4 mins Floss 2 mins (water flosser, about 10 mins with floss tape or tooth picks Good hygiene is not hard and is essential for any man, stop making the excuse of how long it takes when ur sitting on youtube and you've scrolled so far through shorts the videos popping up are not even targeted at you anymore

Note about the water flosser: if you have naturally receding gums, please use stringed floss to avoid causing the gums to get even lower and potentially exposing the root of your teeth.

It was the opposite for me, I started at the lowest speed then slowly raised it I find that it stimulates my gums and makes it stronger it doesn’t bleed as much and it’s less painful now and I haven’t seen a difference in my gum line so I guess it depends
Just you guys be careful with the tongue scraper. It does work well but be gentle while using it and run it 2 or 3 times. Otherwise you could irritate your gustative papilla’s and your tongue will retain more food residues and thus causing bad breath and damaging your oral health.
It’s a person to person basis but for those who go to get cleanings regularly, regular floss is supreme because you’re able to get in between. Water flossers is more optimal for people with crowns or bridges
