How the primer Prepare or primer is readily available?

Epoxy is very very wrong to be filled in the cracks as epoxy is very hard and has low UV resistance. And also no expansion contraction capability. It will surely develop cracks after few weeks or months. Use sealants instead or epoxy. or sbr with cement will also work.
