The event is being pushed back because Kanade's voice actor wasn't feeling well (I'm not sure whether it's because of her EDS or if she got sick) and some things weren't able to be completed on time - that's also why they couldn't be at some of the anniversarry events. Take this with a grain of salt tho, as this info has been relayed to me by a friend, and I don't have an official source atm.
