God bless you, i don't usually comment but this type of videos is a life saver for me. I have this constant vertigo feeling and difficulty concentrating but these exercise remind me what it is like before having TMJ. You really don't know how bad it is unless you have it. It means a lot to me.

I argee God bless you for providing this video to help us do these correctly. I'm hoping it will help to relieve my mysterious upper right jaw and teeth pain/sensitity that we can't find root cause for.

Thanks for your feedback. It makes my day! I would see a local physiotherapist with a special interest in treating upper neck and jaw if I were in your shoes. All the very best in health.

The whole tongue needs to be pressed to the roof of the mouth when doing controlled opening. I spent an entire month with Rocabado. This is a very common mistake.

Thanks for the feedback. Yes I am aware of that. No disrespect to Prof. Rocabado but it get too hard to achieve full tongue up from get go it is only the starting point. Thank you and greatly appreciate it. All the very best in Health.

    Hi,
I was eating a really big apple and when I bit down on it i felt pain near my right cheekbone/infront of my ear. The next day, i had pain around my right pterygoid muscle. And my jaw was shifting that way. Its been like this for 4 months (sometimes my jaw shifts back to the middle but only sometimes). The pain has almost gone away but i have difficulty chewing on that side
Any exercises to resolve this issue?
