To be honest i used to have shoulder pain while doing lifting.. Then i.. Worked my rc muscles.. Made my split into push pull leg with one day rest.. This completely cured my pain♥️

That would completely depend on the specific soft tissue you're wanting to identify injury for, otherwise the video would 3 hours long at least
