Had my gun a few months. It continues to keep sticking unless pressure is very low no matter how many times it's cleaned. Is there no adjustment to the needle? Or is a seal possibly worn and needs a new Needle kit?
You can buy the gun on our website for $225: www.jnequipment.com/shop/brands/graco/17y470-graco-contractor-pc-airless-spray-gun-with-rac-x-fflp-210-switchtip/ We also have kits available with Hoses or other tips if you need them!
Looks good but for me the trigger is a possible weak point. After being chucked around for a year or so I think it could break. The weight and the easy service features look good though
That's a legit concern about the trigger breaking, but luckily, only the slide piece is plastic. the base 2 finger trigger is metal. So worst case scenario...you'd still have a usable spray gun.
@@paintdoctormd Contractor Airless Spray Gun, 2 Finger Trigger, RAC X. I do a lot of production homes so I have my rigs spraying almost daily. I personally wouldn't waste my time or money with any other gun again
@@taliarose6573 what's crazy is I have friends who have the same results as you, and others who have the same results as me. I'm thinking these guns are hit or miss. I like the look and it is very comfortable in your hand, it fits my hand almost perfect. Just didnt work out for me

I noticed after using the gun for awhile it is hard to brake down. Any tips?
it's probably just dirty, make sure you clean it really well. dried paint is pretty much glue
It would’ve been nice if you disassembled the entire gun, i.e. the grip portion untwists and exposes the main gun filter.
LX 80 was the best gun by far
How much is it to buy alone?
$225 and currently comes with a free WHIP at JNequipment.com
