    ok after listening to this for like 10x(?) i unconsciously meditated to this and i had a realization. emotions are like the air we breathe, we let it in inside our body because if we don't then it means we're d3@d (maybe inside or literally) lol. we let it inside our body, we feel it, and then we release it, then we do it all over again. and when we meditate (meaning focusing on the breath) we feel it more. we breath all the time so sometimes we forget that we're letting air inside our body, because that's just in our nature now. so goes the same with emotions, we feel emotions everytime, we unconsciously let it inside our body because it's in our nature as humans, and sometimes we get triggered and consumed by it, but it's important to know when to intake and when to release it.
    just like the breeze of air near a shore, let yourself feel the emotions you have now, but don't let it consume you.

      wow, i actually feel grateful for the person who liked my comment. i had a cool-off with 2 of my bestest friends because i voiced out something that they constantly and maybe even unconsciously been doing that's been weighting on my heart. i also feel that i am more irritable and very prone to a mental breakdown whenever i am faced with a stressful situation (i have this habit ever since i was a child). I can't think clearly and i always offend people whenever i am faced with a stressful situation (poor emotional control)

    update: like the day after i started listening to this me and my mom got in a huge fight abt a topic thats been sensitive for a while and ill admit i cried a while abt it. but then i remembered 1) waitaminute. im not stuck here and 2) i decide everything. and getting back on top showed me what she meant to be saying (bro is the worst communicator) and helped me calm down and then later when she came back she apologized for it all + "saying stupid shit" and i just realized woah. ive been really good at calming myself down and destressing since i started listening here so yeah ANYWAY XOXO TY SLADE

    I usually don’t take the warning about how your subs will knock us out at night lightly but tell me WHY bro played this on loop for three hours and woke up with drool plastered all up one side of my face. No anxiety on waking after a debilitating run of that for months. No tension pain in my neck or head. My stomach is becoming my friend again.     Same format as Rage. This is a series on emotional alchemy- pt.2: Stress
    i was inspired to do this because of some lessons i’ve been learning in my own practices, and because i’ve noticed a resurgence in people playing hot potato with their emotions in manifesting/spiritual contexts. i won’t elaborate on that but i will say running from yourself is reminiscent of dogs chasing their tails, waste of energy.
    __✩ the methodology behind this and anything i do related to alchemy is deeply rooted in chaotic energies. the way this works is by expanding your psycho-spiritual domain + abilities: being able to perceive and manipulate stress as a tangible energy (visualize, shape, form, transform, change, etc.), being able to use your will to alter your state of consciousness, being able to initiate change and alter properties from a state of oneness instead of illusory separation, being able to observe/accept/integrate stress, being able to feed/consume/amplify/decrease stress, etc.
    __✩ this collapses boundaries between the 3D, 4D, and subconscious mind so you are able to consciously alter, perceive, and access stress at that level. keep in mind this also means you will feel your stress and emotions in general in a more complex and intense way. you will feel the different layers to your stress on subconscious and multi-dimensional levels. you will be able to sense the subtle distinctions and components that make up your perceptions and sensation of stress. this lends itself to more understanding, more potent force, and less fear if you allow yourself to feel it. you’ll be able to better bear intense emotions and energies, the act becoming pleasurable and productive. the collapse of boundaries also means collapsing the boundary between abstract/metaphysical and matter/physical, instead expanding your consciousness (or rather expanding your experience of it) to experience a broader spectrum. increased and vivid visualizations of energy, spending time expressing the subconscious, easily altering the subconscious through creative work, visualizing, affirmations, conscious intention.

    OMG as someone who's never really relaxed even when relaxing, this is literally EVERYTHING. I feel like my inability to relax is the only thing that holds me back from fully shifting to my dr at this point so I'm soo hyped for this sub! The session sub always helps me a lot when I feel extra anxious/stressed, but this emotion series is another level. I'm literally in awe of how detailed this is.😭 Rage and shame subs worked so well for me (basically I don't get angry in a way that overwhelms and consumes me).

    Okay so I played this for the 1st time yesterday and it's my 2nd time today as i type this and today I was feeling so overwhelmed and I was crying randomly throughout the day??     tysm for this slade, really, this last month has been a hell for me, days in hospital, my grandma just in terminal phase, fighting for her life and with her daughters that don't want to see her, my mother stress and also her health, my family disagreement with my sexual orientation and their rejection with hurtful words and comments, problems with money, nights with no sleep, monday started university again and felt so bad, my career doesn't like me at all even if I'm on 5th (plus i have to travel more than two hours to get to the university), and two days ago just my girlfriend and I broke up. Yesterday I was just crying without control, screaming and dy1ng in pain physical and emotional (taking care of grandma who's just 10k more than me, in deadlift and me just losing weight), my heart was HURTING even this morning, anxiety, stress and sadness consuming my whole self, no eating (seriously food did not fit into my palate and I felt many gags), no sleeping, even the music that I love does nothing. I just clicked on yt looking for something to hear, back to your channel and remembered this sub, I listened, no kidding just two times and drastically feel better about the last situation with my ex gf (she's the most precious person I have ever met), I got clarity, no more pain, darkness, I got understanding and I felt in peace for first time in these days of hell. Thank you. Thank you so much for this. PD: I am eating a normal meal rn for the first time this week.

      I’m sorry baby i can relate to a lot of this lol my grandpa passed in november as well after a long stint in the hospital and it’s hard to pick up everyone’s pieces afterwards esp when there is so much conflict and grief in the family :( It was severe hell for a while but focus on yourself and the life you want and everything else will pass regardless, world just keeps spinning. I’m glad this could help

    This works so well. I was really feeling restless and stressed out because i had two course for tomorrow and it was my first time to go outside alone since i am 16. I always talked to people with shyness and my voice coming out of my ass. So i listened to it only once last night and i was feeling NO stress or anxiety which is unusual. I didn't even think about stress. I was so energetic and extrovert the whole day, no stress or anxiety.       Intention is really simple so don’t overcomplicate. If you intend to do something you don’t just desire it or dream of it you are in a mindset that aligns w the fact that you’re actually going to do it. If you intend to pick up a bottle you know you’re planning on doing it. If you intend to close your blinds you know you’re going to do it. It’s like a framework. Magicians use their intention/will to specifically direct their mental energy to create their desired outcome. That would be the case here, you would intend to do xyz with your emotional energy and then allow it to happen. There is no wrong or right way to use these as well whatever feels natural to you

    i started meditating w/ this, affirming “all my stress is now my power” with my hand on my heart chakra, and actually had an epiphany regarding my stress and its significance at this moment - i have had a lot of stress and anxiety today and i sort of suddenly had this inexplicable understanding of how it’s divinely aligned at this moment. one of those things i can’t actually articulate in a youtube comment but i just understand - the feeling of the truth falling into place and a transcendent realisation dawning. i often get this while meditating. it’s certainly a welcome relief.
