- This is a Stihl model SH 85 blower / vac 2 cycle gas engine. It's been hard to start and won't run for more that a few seconds.
I diagnosed a bad carburetor.

This is by no means of a criticism of the Stihl corporation. All power tools need maintenance from time to time.
