    Sock up seldom may well be confused with the phrase “pull one’s socks up”… nevertheless, I love this phrase verb that’s tantamount to save up

    Hello Teacher Anne! Thank you for such a great lesson! I got a little doubt: May one use the phrasal verb Head towards the same way as Head over? Do they have similar meaning?

      Great question. They are quite similar. To head over means to go to some place and could be used in a similar way with the examples of head toward in this lesson.

    Is pull up and pull over same? Do they have the same meaning?

      Thanks for the question. To pull over is typically used when one is driving and when you need to move to the side of the road.
