Wow I love every video you make, that's so much content that I need to repeat it lot of times in order to assimilate and internalize everything. I am seeking a way for improving my English skills on communicating. Unless I am able for understanding almost everything I hear, I find it so difficult for memorizing new information and reproducing them... Sincerely I feel I kind of stuck in a level that I can't go further ( or maybe I am just a little exagerated because it lasts only 3 months since I returned for my studies on English Language, :D)
Amanda, thank you so much for your comment and sharing your struggles with me. We certainly experience highs, lows, and plateaus when developing our language skills. Hi teacher AnneMarie! Nice to see you! My best way of dealing with positive communication at work is by using modal verbs such as could and may. In my personal opinion, it is a really useful manner of conveying politeness and respect for the people we are in charge of. Thanks for your eye-opening lessons, they always come in handy when I need professional advice. Thanks a million. 🤩🤩😊😊
Wow, I wish I listened to this before giving feedback to one of my team members earlier this week. I could've done it so much better. Will definitely practise these tips going forward
Your speaking skills are so exciting, i observe that you're using great speaking skills voice clarity is superb and understanding sentences are so easy
Dear Annemarie, I would like to thank you for such a wonderful generous teaching session you hold for us, we really appreciate it, it’s changing the way I communicate at work , I learned to be polite and professional. I always watch you every time I’m doing my assignments and I’m getting a lot from you, ❤👌🙏👌💝❤️
Now, the culture of communication has become more clear and open, like the moon on the full moon day. I appreciate your time and effort. I just waited to learn English and German and express freely my honest thoughts.
Positive communication is so powerful. So far in my life, I have met only few people that use Positive communication. If we all know how to use PC the world will be at peace. Thank you so much for bringing up this subject.
The "I know the initial approach wasn't successful"... example gave me pause for a way I mishandled a correction yesterday of staff. Thank you for the tools on how to deliver that message from now on. Your lessons are great for native English speakers as well.
I teach English to students on-line from all over the world. I have only discovered your channel this week and I love it. I have already referred many of my students to your channel for self study. Keep up your great work. Your eyes portray such a feeling of kindness and trust.
As English is not my first language, I might not finding the right words that describe how much I appreciate your efforts to simplify the process of educating your audiences, especially the commitment of the weekly new creative clear video every Wednesday makes me respect you more. I'm listening to each word you're saying and I feel that I understand them all even if i don't know the meaning of many of them. Thank you. 🎁
You are a great teacher. I have learned a lot from your videos. English is my second language so I always struggle. I understand English very well and speak well too but I’m not good at writing. I wanted to improve my writing skills.. if you can gave any ideas on how to improve my writing skills I will be very grateful.. thank you ❤

Technique number 3seemed more compelling to me: minimize negative connotations through the use of qualifies. My example: My daughter wrote an essay about Pushkin and asked my opinion. I told her: "This is a good job, although you could decorate it with a large number of examples"
Wow it's very useful for me and people in works, not like other video clips about daily but in works station and more powerful to present what we feel on case or deal with different ppls there. It's great and I love to follow on going.
You look so elegant and speaks with finesse. I am glad to have found your channel and your inputs helped me on dealing with my students especially this evening, I was able to give a more positive feedback to my student. I am very happy I found this video just in time. I hope you could also have a video for newly hired employees, how to speak the corporate/ professional way like how to ask a co worker when your unsure of certain tasks without sounding too clingy . Or how can one blend more easily with the new people or a new boss. Or how to ace a business presentation perhaps. Thank you so much and more power to you Ms. Annemarie.

As always no words can express how valuable your lessons are and how gratitude I am. This is another great lesson for the positive communication at work and on teams. We are in the middle of end-year performance review and 360 feedback process now, and this lesson is a huge help to smooth those process. I especially like the strategies of "embracing negative forms of positive words" and "using ' I 'and validating 'you' " . I will implement them more in my day-to-day communication.
It's wonderful watching you Madam. Your vedios are changing the spectrum of communication for me as I am not good communicator. It gives Wow feeling. I appreciate your efforts.
Thanks for your videos. I’ve always been struggling with speaking professionally and politely. I came from a very direct culture and people tend to speak their minds so it’s quite a change for me

Hello, Annemarie Thanks again for this useful lesson. Positive communication isn´t useful and effective at work but also in a lot of situations in life. It makes life a little bit easier and nicer.
Frankly, this woman has changed my level in English drastically I have started with her just almost five months from now. Good Day, It is my first time listening to your video and I find it enlightening. May you please do a video on how to write effective monthly feedback to my boss.
Hi, thank you so much for your note! I'm thrilled that you've found my lessons and that this one was helpful to you. Thank you also for your suggestion. It's a great one. Could you tell me a little more? For example, do you regularly provide feedback to your boss? Or does your boss request feedback from you? I'd love to learn a little more so I can think about how to best approach a lesson on that topic.

Hi Olga, thanks for the question. To clarify, are you asking if it's possible to use these techniques in emails? If so, the answer is certainly. You can use these in writing as well as in speaking.
Many times, I felt that I could not realize what people said actually were rude until later around, my instincts told me that person wasn't friendly. Or, sometimes I could feel the person wasn't friendly speaking but I didn't know how to respond assertively without obviously offending someone who was rude to me. That has been a huge problem.
