Dang, a 14 min video on the ABC sensors! The biggest challenge with my Tactix 7 Pro is learning (and remembering to use) all of the features. This thing is amazing.

To avoid that spike in the Baro whilst swimming simply put the watch in Altimter mode. I have tried this in my Fenix 6 and Instinct solar. It works, no spike in Barometer or Altimeter

Good explanation on the altimeter and how the auto setting works. Do you prefer to use the DEM or GPS to calibrate the altimeter? You mentioned about +/- 10m with GPS to calibrate. What accuracy with DEM?
Technically DEM should get you the exact altitude if you do it on the ground as it use a model that already know the elevation of every single point on the map.
Both are good but if DEM is possible for you, do it.

Hi Maged. If you go on navigation and you can use the map, then you probably have DEM. If not you don't. 😉
Is there any kind of dual display mode that will show which way you're facing as well as your direction of travel/COG?
