    Well done mate! I like the description that having the rear truck reversed makes it act like a longer board, with the zero-degree pivot point further behind👍

      yeha that's a good explaination

    Interesting idea with swapping the rear truck; will have to try it out one day.
    Also have now wheelbite on my setup. And I run 98mm wheels off of a eboard.
    Using Bear Kodiak 180mm trucks on Arbiter 36 deck.

    Add Gullwing sidewinder to the waterborne. No wheel bite

    Friend, thank you for the video! I like the Italian, it's fuckin dope!
    I liked the videos in Italian, and this one in English is awesome.
    All these things for LDP, pumping, keep sharing your skills and tricks.

    Oh and - what hanger width woud you recommend for this mod?

  • @GermanBadGuy

    How would this work with the normal waterborne in the front instead of the FIN?
    Which FIN mode does the normal one get close to?
    Thanks!

    Is the rear waterborne adapter a must - or can one just use some risers and a LDP rear truck?

    bro I wouldnt recommend turning the back truck 180 degrees. pumping requires resistance from the back truck. and when you turn the truck that way, it start turning with you( when you turn right it turns right and vice versa). you lose energy that you could have gained from pumping. it's better to wedge it to 0degrees. or get a longer deck. longer deck + wedging for best results

      to dewedge to zero degree on a flat deck isn't really an option, it would be an insane riser. Anyway with the backrailer you can get zero degree just using a super hard bushing, like I did here th-cam.com/video/0ceaUErPXwc/w-d-xo.html ...the truck backwards anyway seems to work very well, at least better than the regular position. The idea was an option for people having only a surfskate to switch in a kind of LDP without extra parts.

      @@SkateTherapy Would love to see a waterborne on a board with front and rear trailer/fork!

    If you want to build your first ever beginner LDPumping longboard ... what to take ... by a regular complete setup longboard and add the waterborne fin set ... or by a board with carver CX trucks ??

    • @SkateTherapy
      @SkateTherapy  ปีที่แล้ว

      a proper one will be this: th-cam.com/video/DT2ze6F5Ryg/w-d-xo.htmlsi=0IsPh4Wp7moROB2G it is less turny and lower in the ground to be used also for long distance pushing ..but with this hack you can make it with any couple of surftrucks mounting the back one backwards. Anyway if you already have a longboard you can actually do the same with his original back truck saving some money and buy only a front cx truck, if you need that you can buy it alone here for 50 euro www.sk8tpy.com/product/surf-trucks

    What will happen when adding the Waterborne on CX clone trucks mounted on a 40" flat deck ? Or is it overkill ?
    Will it be easier and better for pumping LDP ? Easier to get uphill pumping ? (As the terrain here varies very much)

    • @SkateTherapy
      @SkateTherapy  ปีที่แล้ว

      it will be too much, the turning would be a lot, but still usable, the problem is the leaning, it will lean at a point that you will slip off. I tried long time ago crossing a c7 with a sidewinder. But if you have time it is worthing to be tried for fun 🙂 If you want to pump up hills it is more convenient having a more turny back truck, that isn't good for speed, but help to go uphill.

      @NeoVdV ปีที่แล้ว

      @SkateTherapy ok for the first part in regard of adding the waterborne. But why to they make a 0⁰ turn for the back truck for LDP ?
      And what about changing the angles ? I see they add 15⁰ in front and 7⁰ for the back ?
