Zinc lozenges are really good to have on hand when you start to feel a cold coming on. They are full strength so have a sucky taste. Anything acidic will bother your throat. So, tomatoes, OJ, oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit can burn the crap out of your throat when it's already sore. BTW, your hair looks great. So shiny. Ah, to be so young again.
