Random question - but do you ever feel hungry or deal with hunger - i have an eating addiction and i feel like my mind or body can not tolerate being hungry at all - im just curious if you get hungry much throughout the day and if its meant to be something normal people deal with :)
I do, I think feeling hunger is normal? It’s a sign you can identify hunger cues. I think a lot of people think it’s bad to feel hunger but there’s nothing wrong with it, the problem is letting it go on for too long (imo). If I feel hungry, I will try to eat within the hour, unless I’m maybe at work and just can’t because of the schedule. Try to identify whether you feel actual hunger or if you’re in your head, having cravings, dehydrated (feeling hungry or having cravings can come if you haven’t had enough water), etc. I’m not a professional or nutritionist but this is what I’ve realized! xx

Have you ever tried to implement more veggie-based protein? I'm surprised to see how much animal-based protein you eat (like twice a day, which is way too much for the body and the environment), I'm not judging you whatsoever, just asking xx
@@DaphnedeBaat I admire you a lot and I am definitely a fan of yours, but just have your cholesterol levels checked every now and then, just to make sure that it doesn't get too high due to all the animal products you use:) xx

I think it's only once a day for lunch, I always have salad for lunch it gives me tons of energy ❤ To me all in here is quite balance...

Yeah! My body doesn’t react well to beans, lentils, any type of legume or legume based protein. Which is why I choose animal based protein :)
