Best Beginner Succulents

  • There is an overwhelming amount of succulents on the market and it can be difficult to choose one, especially with no prior experience with these wonderful plants.
    Although succulents are marketed as super hardy they are not all the same and beginners may struggle with some cultivars, especially if they want to grow them indoors.
    I have grown many succulents in the 10 years i've owned a plant nursery and in this video i will show you succulents that i keep on growing and recommending because of their incredible hardiness and low maintenance.

    Yeah, you show a lot of Maialen, it look great but it quite confusing me to identify Maialen, Yamatoren, Markus and Kerry’s Choice. Pls, pls Help😢 Newcastle AU

      Ok, so Yamatoren has wider, spoon shaped leaves. But the ultimate difference is the flower. Yamatoren has a very Echeveria-like flower (arched stalk, yellow, tubular flowers). Maialen has also yellow flowers but they are short and more like a Sedum flower, bunched together. The plants in my video are 100% xSedeveria Maialen 🙂 Hope this helps
