    材料:
    洋蔥1個
    雞蛋4隻
    處理:
    1. 洋蔥,切去兩端,去皮,清水洗乾淨,切幼條。
    2. 搣散洋蔥。
    3. 雞蛋,打勻。
    烹調:
    1. 大火在鑊中燒熱油3湯匙。
    2. 加入蛋漿,炒熟,放碗中。
    3. 白鑊,炒洋蔥,令它散發香味。
    4. 加入油1湯匙,炒勻,轉中慢火,炒至軟身,冚蓋1分鐘,轉慢火,焗軟洋蔥。
    5. 洋蔥,炒至微黃,轉大火,繼續炒,然後轉中慢火,冚蓋2分鐘,焗軟洋蔥。
    6. 洋蔥已焗至開始軟身,轉慢火,炒勻。
    7. 加入生抽1湯匙,轉大火,快炒。
    8. 完成,上碟,可享用。
    Stir frying eggs with onion
    Ingredients:
    Onion 1 No.
    Eggs 4 Nos.
    Preparation:
    1. Onion, cut both ends, get it peeled. Rinse with tap water. Thinly slice.
    2. Separate the onion slice by slice.
    3. Eggs, beat well.
    Steps:
    1. Heat up oil 3 tbsp at high flame in wok.

    5. Onion, has been fried into golden yellow. Turn to high flame, continue frying. Then turn to medium~low flame, cover up the wok for 2 minutes to make the onion soft.
    6. Onion, has been started to be turned soft. Turn to low flame, fry well.
    7. Put light soya sauce 1 tbsp, turn to high flame, fry it well.
    8. Complete. Put on plate. Serve.
