Great video! I recently got into Sezane and it’s nice to find some pattern suggestions. I do more sewing than knitting and hadn’t thought about their knitwear as much. I hope you share some sewing patterns in the same vein in the future. Happy making!
I am working on my first sweater -- the Mailin sweater by Isabell Kraemer while watching your video for some inspiration for my next project!! I absolutely ADORED the whit moor that you showed first. I just learned lace work and it's so so gorgeous. I also really liked the calm down cardigan and the Seasons cardi since they looked so simple and elegant. (I guess I'm in a cardigan mood today haha). I just discovered your channel today and really love your videos
What a fab selection - I immediately clicked on the links for the Oversized Seasons and Calm Down cardigans, as well as the Champagne pullover. Not that I need to add even more patterns to my never ending to-knit list but those are so gorgeous I just had to XD
I’ve never clicked and subscribed so fast! Sezane is my FAVOURITE brand but it’s not my wallet’s friend. Loved this style of content and you did a great job. You should make the Sezane inspired knits a series!
I recently went to the Sezene shop in NYC for the first time. Your list absolutely encapsulates the feel of Sezene knitwear! I added so many of these to my queue but that bubble sweater oh goodness I need to make that! Lovely video ❤
Ah thank you! That’s so lovely to hear! I’ve never been to an actual store but hopefully will get to one one day 🤞 Glad you’ve found some more patterns to add. My queue never seems to end 😂😂
I just finished the Calm down cardigan last month and it's my favorite thing. All the detail down the arm, around the shoulder and down the sides of it makes it so special. People always comment on it whenever I wear it. Im going to make another in a different color soon.
Hello, new fiber friend! I just found you! This is a lovely video - I've been making a lot more casual sweatshirt-y sweaters lately and am looking for something a little more femme and dressy without it being too frilly. I've had the Whitmoor cardigan on my list for ages. I hear it has a really deep yoke, but I'm really tall so that works for me! As I watched this, I have been knitting a washcloth. In the spring, I bought some summer yarn online that wasn't the color I thought it was. It's 100% cotton so it will make beautiful washcloth/tea towel/face scrubby sets that I will tie up with some artisan soaps for Christmas gifts! It's nice to have a grab-bag of extra gifts in case I've forgotten someone!
Hello and welcome! Lovely to have you here! Yes I have noticed that with the whitmoor but think it should still look lovely. It’s high on my list! What a lovely idea for gifts ❤️
I really like the look of the Whitmoor. Currently finishing the test knit for "between two skylines" by Robin McAllister. It's a lovely pattern and I hope it does well. She isn't well known so it was hard for her to find testers. She has been a joy to work with.
This was fun! I love the First cardigan and jumper by Lizzie. I think the sleeves are beautiful. I have another dupe for the brioche cardigan - the Maybury Cardigan by Amy Lowden which is a V Neck cardigan. Or the Daydreamer Cardigan by Veronika Lindberg which has a round neckline. There's also a cardigan and a jumper by Camille K called the Saguaro sweater and cardigan which are an exact dupe for the Aretha jumper by Sezane. 😊
You should have a look at Camille K and Emilie Luis (both on ravelry) designs. They are both french and very much inspired by Sezane. And their patterns are available in english too and very well written.
Rachel I loved this video love, love
Thank you Linda! ❤️
