So many memories making this film! We made a second one and it was our masterpiece. I think Ricky’s dad recorded a Flyers game over it! My cousin and i talked for years about making more but we grew up. Thanks for all the love!
Hey J if you still check your comments. Do you ever remember seeing a Jurassic Park toy movie where the kids filming had their hands in the video the whole time and the dinosaurs could talk. It was all about how the dinosaurs could come up with a plan to get rid of the humans on the island and the Raptor was the leader. I remember there was a scene where the humans used a boat to run over a heard of dinosaurs and at the end of the movie the Raptor gets picked up by a fighter jet because "It's the American Way". I've been looking for years and have never been able to find that video again.
What a masterpiece! I remember watching this when I was 5 years old and it encouraged me take all of my dinosaur toys out, and try to make short films. Good times…
Bro, I remember watching this when I was a kid back in 2006. I remember thinking how amazing it was and watching it now just floods back a ton of memories
i have owned every single one of those toys...and i give this short a 5/5 starz.....great fantastic short film...whoever made this is my hero....and im 100% serious
Alex M I find it cool but also quite interesting that a comment about having fond nostalgic memories still applies to how I think now even though it’s 10 years lol. I used to have so many toy dinosaurs as well, it was the best!
I love this movie! It was one of the very first videos I ever watched on TH-cam as a kid, and it inspired me to make videos for TH-cam and create a dinosaur adventure story of my own.
The funny thing here is that this film reeks of care and attention on many levels. Properly overlayed sound effects, good camera movements, a well balanced array of varied shots. And the filmmaker keeps his hands out of the shots for the most part. My disbelief has been entirely suspended. Excellent work.
This was the best video of JP that I have ever seen in my life when I was 12 years old, I will never forget it, it seems like it was yesterday that I watched this video
When Joey and I made this in 1993 we always hoped that a couple of people would love this. We are close to a million views on TH-cam as of now. People keep asking if we will make a part 2.
This video is actually surprisingly well made despite the fact that it's on a camcorder and has terrible voice-overs. What I liked the most were the action figures....it brings back memories of Alan Grant.....complete with his weapon, a baby Pterodactyl, and collectible card....let's not forget the THIN Dennis Nedry. Those action figures were so well made.
I remember the first time watching this. Me and my best friend at the time were heavily into the 80s and 90s sci-fi/action/ adventure movies with Jurassic Park being our all time favorite. Oh man all the ideas we would come up with for whenever the next sequel would come out and all the time spent playing with our Jurassic Park toys. We’re in our very early twenties now and sadly he got into drugs and I ended up having a kid at 19. We used to talk about making our own Jurassic Park movies like this but we never got around to it. Growing up can really fucking suck man 😔
Considering this was made in 93, it's actually pretty good. It was long but entertaining. I love Jurassic park and know every line. So to end: this is awesome
Hahaha I love this! I had like half those Jp Toys and lost em all. Its a total bonus to get to see em again. :D This vid's hilarious. The Godzilla roar for the pteranadon was awesome too.
"...I never should have brought her, Tim." Hahaha This is awesome. I used to do stuff like this with my toys. Lord of the Rings/Jurassic Park/Star Wars. What I see here are the beginnings of a filmmaker.
I love the quetzalquatlas, stegosaurus, dromeosaurs,tyrannosaurus,moncolius,ankylosaurus... This is so cool, and holy fuck it was published in 2006!, Good job, Good job.
Reminds me of growing up and playing with those toys. We made crappy Jurassic park movies too! If you only knew how much joy that brought me. Def better than JP3 too!
I use to have some of these toys. A baby delopasauras, raptor first JP series of toys. The front wooden gate with elctric fence. Alan and the T-rex. Good times playing with those back in the day.
So many memories making this film! We made a second one and it was our masterpiece. I think Ricky’s dad recorded a Flyers game over it! My cousin and i talked for years about making more but we grew up. Thanks for all the love!
J Green thanking for giving my 6 year old self something to watch back in 2006

Definitely having my kids watch this when the time comes an absolute childhood classic
Who's watching in 2024? I liked watching this video when I was younger, back in 2011.
Last time I watched this was forever ago. I’m glad it’s still up on TH-cam.

It was good and my 4 year old sat in silence while it played, thank you for that.
I love this movie! It was one of the very first videos I ever watched on TH-cam as a kid, and it inspired me to make videos for TH-cam and create a dinosaur adventure story of my own.
I remember watching this video years ago when it was first uploaded, and despite how old it is, it's still very good.
ditto here. Especially with a child's imagination
Oh yeah, i know. I was 9 when I first watched this. And I actually tried to make videos just like this too. I made so many, but all of them sucked.
This is so nostalgic. This video was a huge part of my childhood. Thanks for the good memories💪🏻

I was with my buddy Joe last night and he told me he made this video when he was a kid. His Philly accent gives him away.
I love this, these were really the early days of TH-cam. I miss the old TH-cam :(
Indeed
Back then when toy movies and simple LEGO stopmotions were the things. Literally it was the Broadcast yourself era.
