Hi does each segment of led must be multiple of 2,5cm or you can cut it anywhere? Also whats the depth of the acrylic? Thank you!
No. It must be cut at cutting point marked by a tiny black spot at every 2.5cm or every 6 led. If it is below 40cm length, 2mm acrylic is enough.

yes, cut the cut mark, it will be better. But if have to cut other place, you can only cut the jacket but not the pcb, then hide the exposed pcb
