Some of those "first amendment auditor" morons take this immediately defensive and sometimes even hostile approach to police right from the get-go; which does absolutely nothing to relieve the tension in a situation where you have no idea what some other moron called 911 saying.

      @DarjeelingEnjoyer 2 ปีที่แล้ว +11

And honestly it's not a bad law either.
If the law instead stated that you couldn't take pictures of children, you could then arrest someone just for a having a picture of a child on your phone, like, even if it was a kid and a parent on the other side of the street in your photo. Do you know how fucking abused that law could be? Imagine taking a picture of a playground because it looks cool and there so happens to be a child on the slide. You could literally be arrested under that law just because a child was in that photo. That is fucking stupid. And what about family members? I have pictures of myself with cousins who are much younger, would I be arrested just because there are minors in the photo? That is awful. If the photo is non-sexual, then I don't see a problem with taking a picture.

@7:20 I don’t blame the caller for not being able to fully mentally process what is happening it’s most likely the only time they’ve ever been in a situation like that and mostly anyone would panic. I personally believe It’s the responsibility of the dispatcher to tell them that help is one the way and that they need as much information as possible before help arrives so they can help them as much as possible. Even in that specific example imagine if you knew your family, pets and belongings were in the building as it was burning down. Hindsight Harold LULW

I tell you the chicks have to be so fukking jealous and mad at all the computers around cause they have taken all the guys away and turned them into commentators you see them in every video that is out there.
    Mom - "Michael!, Michael!".
Michael - "Hold on, what do you want!".
Mom - "It's a phone call for you, it's Anna".
Michael - "What does she want?".
Mom - "Hello, Anna he must be doing some so could you tell me what it is, and I will tell him".
Ana - "Mrs. Jones could you ask Michael if he would take me to the school prom?".
Mom - "Oh that is so sweet oh I am sure he will love to take you to the School prom oh it's making me cry I can just see the two of you all dressed up. I remember when Tom took me to my
    School prom"
Michael -"Hey Brian did you see how that cop."
Mom- "Hold on Anna, Michael will you pick up the phone right now!".
Michael - "Brian, hold on, What do you want!"
Mom -"Anna is on the phone, and she wants to know if you will go with her to the school prom".
Michael - ''What! No way, I have a computer exhibition that day so, tell her no and stop bothering me. Dude sorry what was it that you were telling me?".
Brian - "What's all the yelling about?".
Michael - "'Nothing, Ana called she wanted to know if I would take her to the School prom".

dude... have you watched the video my man? who was getting in whos face, you need to get your eyes checked.
You can talk about a personal anecdote but you're making it seems like the dude in the video is a bad guy, he was just taking pictures.
Even so, no one should be bothered by someone taking videos or pictures aside from the case of doing it to children, as that is morally gray area.
As a law enforcement officer, if one of those guys gets in your face during a call you can arrest them for obstructing an operation if they keep doing it, otherwise let's just chill.

xqc's take seems to be "laws are good if it makes it easier for cops to arrest people, they're good guys lets accomodate them in every way" ... and response to a law that grants more freedom "wuuuut? Like that's weird dud!!" Like honestly xqc gives me the vibes that he'd vote for a police state with absolute power if he could. Like he views cops as actual superheroes who can do no wrong for the most part.

Ok bro, xqc and chat are braindead at 8:15. Whether or not you agree that the overturn was morally correct, that's not how supreme courts or courts in general work. It isn't about morality, it's about the law and the consitution. It is ANYONES right to film in public spaces, even if they are registered SO.
