I see much has changed since the days of the 68D. Seek out additional training as well while serving, possibly with Embry Riddle. My MOS training alone did not qualify me to take the FAA A&P exam. Fly Army!

FTFY. 68D20C. From 1984 to 1991 when promotions died. Get your FAA A&P as soon as you can. Until then?

@@mahaffer71 lol are you even in the military ? Fort Eustis in Virginia is probably the best fort for aviation. Only the best of the best can have these mos’s and come to this fort. I got a 92 on the military test and got here.

@@zarifshoeb Responding to a 3-month-old comment. Yes, I was Army 15T and anyone that been in the military some places have nicknames. Example fort jackson be called laxin/relaxin Jackson. Just because that is the easiest basic training to go to out of all of them and i agree. My company only got smoked 3 times when i went there. The best gets those MOS lolol Are you currently at AIT? They taught really nothing except how to use the logbook, write ups, and safety wire (which was easy). Everything is easy if you worked on a car. Do what the book tells you. Just wait till you get into the real military. You'll see some major idiots and if you're a crewchief on the Blackhawk or chinook. You'll make sure those kinds of people stay away from your ACFT. They will be the Tool B!@$h cause the only use is them getting tools from the tool room.

@@BaconLard999 at least your honest about it. Tho honestly that type of stuff is only in basic and sometimes your special school. Only where drill sargeants are. At least in aviation it’s a lot more fun than other places

@@BaconLard999 You really dont have anyone in your face, when you get out of basic and some schools for your mos. And if that does happen you majorly screwed up.
