    I watched your video on Grains and Grits How to Eat Healthy.I have never followed all the crazy diets out there.My hubby for a short while did keto and then ended up with kidney stones. I really need your help. My hubby and I have been eating organic veggies, fruits and some grains, organic grass fed and pastured food for many years ....very little if any store bought foods. We buy local and from organic, grass fed ,pastured companies. I also grow a small organic garden. I am starting to eat more gf milled by me grains instead of using King Arthur Measure for Measure flour.. Heading towards nothing I do not mill myself. Here is the issue. After having co*vid we were both hit with high histamines and increased allergies...cant eat coconut, or any nuts.. Almost everything we eat causes problems....How do you suggest we approach this...I have been praying asking the HS for help and healing then I saw your video.... So I am encouraged to ask you for some help.

      Remember, as you already know, all healing comes from the Lord. Now we just follow the Holy Spirit to lead us to the right decisions. There is a healing time for your gut after having Covid and what you were doing is already exactly what you need to do. Beyond this, I would look into fermented foods and high probiotic foods.
