  • As part of my Blueprint anti-aging protocol, I take 100+ pills every day. The goal is to achieve ideal health. Blueprint is built upon over 200 science backed protocols.
In this video I’ll show you some of the supplements I take, why I take them, and answer common questions.
Remember, this protocol is based on regular measurements. The optimal protocol for you may differ. Always consult your doctor before making any changes.

@@loretaalvarez-fraga4874 I think the point is that he is taking them individually so he can measure and improve on each suppliment. There isn't a "one size fits all" kind of capsule. And with blueprint, that could be different for everyone.

I've nothing against pills, but wouldn't it be better if you tailor your diet itself to provide those active ingredients in the pill from food itself or created endogenously as a direct consequence of the food? I think you're leaving major benefits on the table by taking just 1 ingredient pills instead of whole food the ingredient came from. I understand it's not possible for all supplements but worth looking into. Also, Indian traditional medicine (ayurveda) describes something analogous to your approach, called "chyavanprash" and "brahmrasayan", which have 50 to 80 rejuvenation herbs depending on formulation, including Ashwagandha. That may cover more than half of your pills in 1 teaspoon of tasty sweet jam.

From a scientific perspective taking so many supplements at once precludes you fron being able to figure our what supplement helped and what were detrimental. It's a little pseudoscience not to mention an n of 1. But I've done research in some of these compounds in controlled trials and other observational studies.

sleep and exercise then diet, you can use several types of diets, it's really about what would work best for you, if you don't have time or money for a proper diet then you shouldn't even try to focus on that, instead focus on eliminating lighting and sounds when you sleep, and adapt your exercise routine to whatever diet you can manage.

But I guess one individual doing it its better than none.

just one person doing the test wouldnt produce meaningful inference, u would need to test a large set of people, mitigating as many variables as possible, not taking biased data etc, to finally have good evidence, there's a lot that goes into foundation of a good study and having 1 test subject is probably the worst thing to do, i don't think this would benefit us all
to me, this just sounds like a marketing technique to advertise his products, he does say to consult a doctor before taking the supplements, but this is sounds more like a way to dodge legal troubles and "here's what i do, might work or not work for you , but here's a link to my product", I don't think the people buying the supplements would actually consult a doctor
there might be something useful that comes from this but always be skeptical whether they're trying to sell you a product or if it's a genuine study

    Hello Bryan,
Please continue what you're doing. I discovered you few months ago and your explanations about fasting before going to bed completely changed my life. I was diagnosed with severe IBS for many years and my body was all the time inflamed which led to a lot of trouble with my back and joints. After adjusting my diet and stopping to eat around 3:30 in the afternoon until 8am every day, my life changed drastically for the better. I can't thank you enough. Stay safe.

Hey Bryan, I’ve enjoyed watching your content. I believe one of the primary drivers of fast aging is trauma, based on the evidence of how corrosive disregulated nervous systems are to the body. I haven’t heard you talk much about your personal trauma, experience and focus on therapy and modalities here, is that something you’re considering and if so how are you implementing it?

I really appreciate your work. Todays gold standard of what aging really is and how to measure it is not perfect at all, but what you do here is a great case study that involves all the mountains of measurements and tracking that we need to figure out what specific responses the human body has overall to any given substance, behavior or treatment. Gonna keep a very close eye on this whole project.

(I made my own plan up actually. It makes me not just very happy food-wise but also seems rather healthy!)
I wait ~4 hours after my 3rd meal, i have only 3 times to put anything at all in me, except water kind of. I noticed I would need to go pee if not so this is so important. Perhaps if I drank little bits throughout....yet I see even sipping a teaspoon before bed causes me to release a whole 2 cups (1 glass) of pee it seems if I'm correct lol. So the last 4 hours is nothing at all.

Yeah I started drinking a glass of "Mighty Dozen" green juice each day. It feels like a power up in a video game. I have refined my diet down to chicken, brown or other type of rice, assorted veggies, and green juice. A great way to satisfy the sweet tooth is granola, frozen berries, almond or oat milk (pour it over the frozen berries and it coats them in a delicious milk glaze), scoop of peanut butter, and raw honey drizzled on top (optional).
I don't believe in temporary diets. I've seen my loved ones hop on and off fad diets like keto, IF, lindora, etc which all limit and falsify the way we think we are allowed to eat. I believe in lifestyle and that we should eat that which heals us, that which makes us feel POWERFUL, like a superhero!

Not stopping there. Let's continue to blow each other's minds with what's possible. 🥳💥🙌. If you ever consider sharing the references to the peer reviewed studies your team uses to make their recommendations (in addition to tracking your personal data, which is the final arbiter, I get it), that would be an incredibly useful work of disseminating science with your highly motivated audience. Imagine the ripple effect of all of us feeling more oriented, empowered and inspired to read more first hand science when we make lifestyle choices, knowing that that very science inspired you to try that approach in the first place...more knowledge, more power, more focus, less random debates. I wanted to ask several things, 1) When you do release a purchasable or subscribable version of blueprint, will there be any non vegan/vegetarian guidelines. 2) For someone like myself who is trying to optimise my health without having to dedicate quite as much time as you, what would be the main things you would look for in a diet. I.e. what are the most crucial parts of the diet and what would you expect someone to take supplement wise for an above average health enthusiast (if you would call them that). But I just don’t look myself (even tho most ppl think I’m in my late 30’s/early 40’s…I’m on an organic plant based diet also). You should have an older female involved to see how these protocols would stop the aging process of a menopausal female. For tacking supplements from a long time that make me look 10 yrs younger of course you need a sugar free diet and healthy one and sports but I would say the most powerful are : vitamin D at least 4000ui per day vitamin C vitamin E, NAC, quercetine, spirulina, broccoli, OPC, curcuma and magnesium
