- As part of my Blueprint anti-aging protocol, I take 100+ pills every day. The goal is to achieve ideal health. Blueprint is built upon over 200 science backed protocols.
In this video I’ll show you some of the supplements I take, why I take them, and answer common questions.
Remember, this protocol is based on regular measurements. The optimal protocol for you may differ. Always consult your doctor before making any changes.

You can formulate combinations and sell them so we dont have to take sooo many different capsules and tablets. Thank you for your work.
I'd be sad if you did choke on the pills. People who say things like that don't consider that you are a real person, with family, people who depend on you, love you!! sad that people disassociate an entity from life!
Anyways, I have had my blue print in a way for 10 years now. we can talk about it if you want. My name here is just for privacy reasons, I am a real person too :)
@@loretaalvarez-fraga4874 I think the point is that he is taking them individually so he can measure and improve on each suppliment. There isn't a "one size fits all" kind of capsule. And with blueprint, that could be different for everyone.
I've nothing against pills, but wouldn't it be better if you tailor your diet itself to provide those active ingredients in the pill from food itself or created endogenously as a direct consequence of the food? I think you're leaving major benefits on the table by taking just 1 ingredient pills instead of whole food the ingredient came from. I understand it's not possible for all supplements but worth looking into. Also, Indian traditional medicine (ayurveda) describes something analogous to your approach, called "chyavanprash" and "brahmrasayan", which have 50 to 80 rejuvenation herbs depending on formulation, including Ashwagandha. That may cover more than half of your pills in 1 teaspoon of tasty sweet jam.
Let the haters hate, you keep doing what you are doing ! In fact you should come out with your own Pharma label once all the test results kick in, people would surely be interested in replicating your lifestyle albeit not to the full extent
I'm just glad someone out there is guinea pigging themselves and recording the results so thoroughly. Opinions aside, it's an incredible contribution to science.
You sir are a great contribution to 3d artists! 🍩 thank you for being such a great teacher.
And share everything for free
From a scientific perspective taking so many supplements at once precludes you fron being able to figure our what supplement helped and what were detrimental. It's a little pseudoscience not to mention an n of 1. But I've done research in some of these compounds in controlled trials and other observational studies.
Rhonda Patrick, Michael Greger, David Sinclair and many others are legitimate scientists already studying all of this stuff
wouldn't call n=1 a contribution to science
@@s3731711 I see what you mean, But he has explained in other videos that its a layering process. So he probably started with 1 or 2 pills tried them and collected data then added more. So in reality he knows what each pill has contributed and helped his research.
I really hope people understand how important Bryan is. The fact he is the 1st to do this boggles the mind. And that he is freely sharing all the data with the world. A great man, deserving of great respect and appreciation.

It would be awesome if you could do an “80/20” version of blueprint, where you group together the most essential parts of the program. Fully adhering to blueprint is out of the question for most, so a pared down version might be nice so we know what to focus on with limited time/resources
Great point!!
He'd probably say sleep is #1
He said: Sleep and stop Self-destroying Habits(drink, fast food,to much sun etc) make 80%
sleep and exercise then diet, you can use several types of diets, it's really about what would work best for you, if you don't have time or money for a proper diet then you shouldn't even try to focus on that, instead focus on eliminating lighting and sounds when you sleep, and adapt your exercise routine to whatever diet you can manage.
One's age also influences when to start certain supplements. Some recommend a strategy like NR until age 40 then NMN after 40. Starting everything at 25 is probably a waste of $ and effort. That said, get sleep down, exercise, eliminate sugar and eat as well as you can.
The amount of pure value he gives away to the world at no cost is wild. I really hope Bryan gets the appreciation he deserves one day.
He does not look healthy.
@@merlinsingDo you think he looked healthier 5-10 years ago? There’s several videos of him from back then, look and compare.
@@merlinsing it's because he's too pale, which he does for his skin health. I guarantee that if he got a tan you would think differently. Among a couple other things as well, but that's the main one that I never see anyone mentioning.
@@sews1523 you are right. he is avoiding sunlight because it's the number one cause of aging and cancer if i remember corectly
@@pantelismat4352 it's unfortunate, because ironically it makes the majority of people look much better and healthier imo, at least in the shorter-term. Would be great if one could get the best of both worlds.
I think that someone putting themselves up front and dedicating their lives for such a thing is very admirable.
I am 29 and I feel very old, and have a very unhealthy lifestyle, and watching your videos made me start working out and eating healthier.

I'm glad you're putting so much work into this. People who push the frontiers of knowledge always have to deal with critics. You inspired me to eat healthier and to try taurine. Now she wants to go for walks.

healthy? he looks like death -- pale, sickly, sunken face, tired, unnatural
You are psycho npc
those supplements are artificial the body can not absorb or utilize synthetic supplements especially those dry powder pills. if you feel you are missing a nutrient you need to eat the food or take a natural substance not an artificial one i can tell you for a fact taking 111 synthetic pills made in labs and factories isn’t healthy even if it says derived from natural products. it has no water and it’s chemistry has been altered basic facts if u want a supplement take spirulina and chlorella powder that’s going to do way more than the bs omega shit and stuff in the vid

@@coolertyp7390 maybe you have trouble reading. I'm saying almost everyone who takes supplements don't do tests to see how their body is affected by them. I appreciate the way Bryan explains that he's not taking them on subjective feeling or on a hunch but to actually achieve an outcome which he tests for. Hope this helps you. Also maybe try being a bit kinder, You're the kind of person we hate on the internet.
yeah most people can't afford to take all the tests he can so it's more of a guess lol
@@pursuitofknowledge5566 yeah same. But i'd rather guess knowing Bryan's taking them with confidence rather than guess based on what vitabiotics say i should take. I do get my blood tested ever 3 months though checking over 20 biomarkers, but thats nowhere nearly enough to fine tune a supplement regiment.
If he is taking so many pills, how can one map a specific benefit to a specific pill?
Bryan is absolutely fantastic! Love watching his videos, I feel I’ve gained some really valuable knowledge❤

Hi Bryan. I just wanted to thank you for the quality and clarity in your videos and what you're doing. It's really fun to watch and I appreciate how much whether criticism or not, you stay the course, taking measurements, sharing your results, and being zen/stoic with everything.
I love seeing more of your personality. Your videos are getting better and better! Thanks for the blueprint! Just bought all the ingredients to make super veggie this week for the fam😊
I have had Super Veggie twice in the last week. Still a few things I need for the green giant. Need a high speed blender yet for nutty pudding.
I have to say maitake mushrooms are magical but they were kind of screaming out for dashi. The boiling was not as advantageous as I thought it would be. Have to work on this a bit.
I really like listening to you. You are giving this information without a financial gain and with a kind heart. Thank you!
Bryan you have grown on me and won me over. Keep doing what your doing.
From a scientific perspective Bryan's efforts are awesome. Collecting all this data is really going to result in knowledge to benefit all of us. I'm pretty enthusiastic about human lifespan extention and based on Bryan's work it seems we're gonna get to live longer and healthier in the future. Great Job!
How can we assess data with so many confounding variables? We can't.
@@MackLee23 without delving too deep into his research, at the very least it can act as a form of pilot study for further study
Surely from a scientific perspective there are too many variables? To know what supplement is actually of use, which are working synergistically, if different times would be preferable……..
The main issue is that it's just Brian. We would need many individuals following the same protocol to properly assess the impact of individual supplements, foods, etc. That would help make "general"" recommendations instead of this super-tailored protocol for Brian. But I guess one individual doing it its better than none.
just one person doing the test wouldnt produce meaningful inference, u would need to test a large set of people, mitigating as many variables as possible, not taking biased data etc, to finally have good evidence, there's a lot that goes into foundation of a good study and having 1 test subject is probably the worst thing to do, i don't think this would benefit us all
to me, this just sounds like a marketing technique to advertise his products, he does say to consult a doctor before taking the supplements, but this is sounds more like a way to dodge legal troubles and "here's what i do, might work or not work for you , but here's a link to my product", I don't think the people buying the supplements would actually consult a doctor
there might be something useful that comes from this but always be skeptical whether they're trying to sell you a product or if it's a genuine study
Bryan, in addition to thanking you for the incredible journey you are bringing us all on, I just wanted to say that you appear as a great human being. This is reflected on the way you speak as well as your mindset and the thoughts you share, some of which have already changed my life. Hello Bryan,
Please continue what you're doing. I discovered you few months ago and your explanations about fasting before going to bed completely changed my life. I was diagnosed with severe IBS for many years and my body was all the time inflamed which led to a lot of trouble with my back and joints. After adjusting my diet and stopping to eat around 3:30 in the afternoon until 8am every day, my life changed drastically for the better. I can't thank you enough. Stay safe.
Awesome, thanku sooo much for sharing. Your generous and kind attitude is much appreciated!
Hey Bryan, I’ve enjoyed watching your content. I believe one of the primary drivers of fast aging is trauma, based on the evidence of how corrosive disregulated nervous systems are to the body. I haven’t heard you talk much about your personal trauma, experience and focus on therapy and modalities here, is that something you’re considering and if so how are you implementing it?
I really appreciate your work. Todays gold standard of what aging really is and how to measure it is not perfect at all, but what you do here is a great case study that involves all the mountains of measurements and tracking that we need to figure out what specific responses the human body has overall to any given substance, behavior or treatment. Gonna keep a very close eye on this whole project.
I think self-deprecation(and awareness of one's image) goes a long way to lower the guards of skeptics towards Blueprint. Great job!
Keep up the good work !!! Thank you for the free information you share !!!
Thank you for subjecting yourself to various tests and drugs/vitamins just to give us this meaningful information to guide us to grow younger. ❤

Thanks so much for making your supplement list open source. Would it be possible to include some of the reasoning and analysis done by your team in deciding which supplements you should take and at what dosages, and which supplements you considered but decided were not worth taking, and how the supplement list evolved over time?
Thank you, Bryan! I included animal products in my diet and have applied several elements of the blueprint with these different nutrients in mind. On of the biggest changes I’ve made based on your videos and research is actually my fasting window. My last meal is now 5 hours before bed compared to provisorily eating immediately before bed… old habit from bodybuilding :) thanks again!
(I made my own plan up actually. It makes me not just very happy food-wise but also seems rather healthy!)
I wait ~4 hours after my 3rd meal, i have only 3 times to put anything at all in me, except water kind of. I noticed I would need to go pee if not so this is so important. Perhaps if I drank little bits throughout....yet I see even sipping a teaspoon before bed causes me to release a whole 2 cups (1 glass) of pee it seems if I'm correct lol. So the last 4 hours is nothing at all.
I love all this work you and your team are doing, I would like to see more of them, hear them, learn if they adhere to the protocol, reasons etc.
Simply inspiring! Keep going!!

Bryan's voice is so beautiful and very warm. I can listen to him forever and never get tired. Also, he speaks what he thinks and does not push you. I like his flexibility of thinking; changing data changes the way of conclusion. It is like when we solve equations. The solution depends on the boundary condition. Change the boundary, change the solution. Bravo Brian!!!
This is fascinating and a much needed study. Thank you Bryan!
Truly inspiring, thank you and to the whole team. ✌️
I really appreciate you striving for this goal *and* making it open source and transparent. I think that shows your motivation and goals are noble and I respect that.
The best way I can describe what you are doing is like following a human form of F1 Racing. Where the technology and data being done on you and the F1 cars are so advanced and extreme we as a species will learn from that experience and that will quickly trickle down to the average consumer.
thanks for the work and especially open sourcing it!
I started drinking the green giant drink daily and I take the supplements too. So far, it’s been helping me a lot with weightless (I’m on a weight loss journey) and I’m happy with how much more “awake and fresh” I feel daily. It’s been about a week now since I’ve been on it. Thanks for your research.
Can you share the link for that drink?
Yeah I started drinking a glass of "Mighty Dozen" green juice each day. It feels like a power up in a video game. I have refined my diet down to chicken, brown or other type of rice, assorted veggies, and green juice. A great way to satisfy the sweet tooth is granola, frozen berries, almond or oat milk (pour it over the frozen berries and it coats them in a delicious milk glaze), scoop of peanut butter, and raw honey drizzled on top (optional).
I don't believe in temporary diets. I've seen my loved ones hop on and off fad diets like keto, IF, lindora, etc which all limit and falsify the way we think we are allowed to eat. I believe in lifestyle and that we should eat that which heals us, that which makes us feel POWERFUL, like a superhero!

Hey Bryan, I can't imagine you will read this, but I absolutely love your work and find it so interesting. I wanted to ask several things, 1) When you do release a purchasable or subscribable version of blueprint, will there be any non vegan/vegetarian guidelines. 2) For someone like myself who is trying to optimise my health without having to dedicate quite as much time as you, what would be the main things you would look for in a diet. I.e. what are the most crucial parts of the diet and what would you expect someone to take supplement wise for an above average health enthusiast (if you would call them that). If you do read this, thanks for taking the time!
Hey Bryan , It would be cool if you could make a list of the top 5 or top 10 of supplements to take for the average person who may not be able to afford over 100 of them ! Keep up the good work :)

What sort of coating/capsule are your pills made of? Is this factored into your protocol? It seems like it would be not insignificant
Ok, now I think I understand what you’re doing! Which is actually pretty cool now that I’ve seen what your team does with you & how they’re constantly testing you. To be honest some of the things that were showing up in my feed left me feeling weirded out, but now I’m getting it. I’m a 54 year old female & as you know menopause REALLY starts doing stuff to a girl that’s just TRULY unkind….& I hate it! I don’t look bad…. But I just don’t look myself (even tho most ppl think I’m in my late 30’s/early 40’s…I’m on an organic plant based diet also). You should have an older female involved to see how these protocols would stop the aging process of a menopausal female. Thank you for the work you’re doing & thank you for helping me understand your goals! These are things I can get behind! 🎉
Your work is underappreciated

I would imagine that when you take so many substances there surely must be some negative interactions happening. Will be glad if you could share some insight on this thank you!
If you had to choose the top 10 supplements from your entire list, which one would they be?
I'm asking this because I'd like to take a slightly more timid approach to supplements and see how it goes along the way.
For tacking supplements from a long time that make me look 10 yrs younger of course you need a sugar free diet and healthy one and sports but I would say the most powerful are : vitamin D at least 4000ui per day vitamin C vitamin E, NAC, quercetine, spirulina, broccoli, OPC, curcuma and magnesium
